Denny and his crew were great to work with. Once we got the install date scheduled, they were punctual and professional. They also coordinated an electrical panel upgrade at the same time for less cost than what other contractors were bidding. They finished a lot of work in one day.

They installed two swamp coolers. The only problem I had was getting them to itemize the bill into two separte invoices. It took three attempts with three different people.

Denny Nespolo, owner of Air One Heating & Cooling, was very professional, friendly and displayed excellent customer service skills throughout mt central A/C and heating project. He was prompt with arriving for the initial bis appointment, and was quick with a quote the next business day. Denny and Mike installed my new furnace, evaporator coil and condensing unit all within one day. Both gentlemen were couteous and quick to explain every step of the installation process as they proceeded. The cost of the unit and installation labor was by far the least expensive offered by any contractor and the quality of workmanship was superb.
