Jason did an amazing job fixing the issues I was having with my laptop. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and provides fast service. He will definitely be the first person I call for any computer problems I have in the future.

I called Nerds Limited at 10:30 pm. Jason called me the next morning and came the next day. I really didn't want to have to disconnect everything and haul my stuff into a shop and wait a week. Jason rescued my data, told me a ton of stuff about computers, and then helped me figure out how to switch to Mac and advised me on the best options for my needs. Well worth the money for the convenience and the expertise. Will keep his number on my cell phone from now on.

Jason has been a very skillful technician for my Windows 8 computers -- desktop, laptop, Surface Pro, Windows phone. His hourly rate is not cheap, but he makes up for that by working very efficiently and taking care of a lot of computer trouble in a minimum of time. In his first visit, he persuaded me to purchase a separate wifi router from my modem. Again, a little pricy, but a good investment since the whole system works better now. He also cleaned a great deal of junk out of my computers during the first service. Told me he would follow up if I needed it, and he did. He could fit me in this evening which worked for me. My Surface Pro wasn't syncing with my desktop and laptop. Now they all exchange everything. Jason takes the time, in fact insists on the time to show the customer what he has done, why he did it and how to keep the repair or update working. I'm a little slow on that part, because I don't remember as much as he tells me. But it's all very transparent, which I like. Jason got me ready for an important trip I'm about to take, with a heavy workload when I arrive. I'm glad he has taken the time to really master his craft and that he gets right to work when he arrives. It was only a little bit of my evening and now my computers are behaving.

I texted Jason at 8:00 in the morning about my computer with critical work files that I had to take with me when I went out of town the next day. He was at my home by 9:30 and got my computer running quickly. He also knew that since I have an unlimited data plan from Verison that I couldn't get a discounted phone when my contract is up and so their was no point in waiting 6 months to buy an I-phone 5. My LG Revolution will not work in Europe and so I needed it now but I wanted to take advantage of the contract discount. Verizon didn't have any I-Phone 5s and he knew that the Apple Store in town did. But the Apple Store didn't have a and quot;Verizonand quot; I-Phone 5. The Apple store said the ATand T I-Phone 5 wouldn't work on the Verizon system. Jason said they would and he was right.

I was recently on business in Albuquerque and broke my screen on my Macbook Pro 17 inch laptop. I found Nerds Limited on angies list and gave them a call. Jason helped me get my laptop back working again before my meeting and saved the day. Very professional and timely, I will definitely be using Nerds Limited for all of my future laptop needs.

He came for over an hour and tried to do what we asked, as well as adding some things that we did not request. A few days later we called him to say that it was not right, and he said he would come make it right but we never heard from him again.

I was on a tight schedule, as I was going out of town the next day. Jason accommodated my schedule and fixed my computer. In the process he provided much valuable advice on applications and use of my other computers. I would definitely go back.

Jason knows his stuff, but its your responsibility to make sure that what he proposes is what you want or need.

Everything went well wit Jason. I am not the easiest person to deal with but he worked with me beautifully. He made several trips to my home, went to purchase components with me, answered questions on the phone. Again, I am very pleased.

Showed up on time, did what I asked for, and while not cheap, very good.

On his first visit Jason performed the services described above. During that visit, we discussed upgrading the Mac operating system to Snow Leopard and adding more RAM. Jason evaluated the condition Compaq Presario and suggested we move up to a faster laptop. We had already decided to buy another Mac. All the while Jason worked, he offered a multitude of tips and answered numerous questions on websites that might be of interest to us, and he recorded his entire visit and left the file on my desktop to listen to later. He gave advice on what system I could buy to play my ipod thru my car radio speakers. So, we hired him to install the Snow Leopard operating system and more RAM. He did this work at a cost to us of about $600., which we considered a value in that much of his time was used to back up my computer. He was highly skilled, an extremely knowledgeable teacher, and very willing to offer a number of very helpful tips. We intend to invest in a new laptop and will happily use Nerds Limited for help in installation and connections to printer, router, cable, etc. We were very pleased with Nerds Limited degree of expertise. We liked Jason very much and were impressed with the broad range of his knowledge. We would happily use him for further consultation. Nerds Limited offers their time on an hourly basis.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable. Quick response. Comes to your home, of course. He prides himself on his teaching. In my case, it was too much information. I just wanted the thing fixed/diagnosed, didn't need or want to know everything about it. Others who are more knowledgeable about computers will appreciate this aspect of his service. Would use his services again.
