Miguel was prompt and thorough in starting up our 2 swamp coolers. Our only disappointment was that he didn't replace the pad that is heavy with calcium buildup.

Over the winter our hot water heater went out. We ended up purchasing a package for our home with very dated equipment: new hot water heater, furnace & removal of swamp cooler for air conditioning. They came out same day for water heater, we were up & running in no time. The remainder of the job was done in a timely manner. I was amazed by the quality of work. All winter we enjoyed our new furnace. Fast forward to today....they came out to test a/c for the upcoming summer since they couldn't test it during the winter. All is well and I cannot recommend this company enough.

My home is older so repairs are never simple. My kitchen sink was clogged. He was unable to snake it out, he left me a 4 gallon bucket to use if needed. Came back next day found the issue, replaced the clogged pipes and water ran freely. On time and professional.

The team that did my conversion from swamp cooler to central air conditioning was very good and helpful with my questions,the electrical guys were really good and Miguel and Dominic were very good and quick they new what they were doing really experienced employees Iâ d recommend them to anyone ..Thanks again guys!!!!!!

Receptionist quoted a different price than what was originally going to be the price minus parts. Brandon & his partner Dominic were very courteous, hard working men. Also very informative. I've had others do the same type of work here & not to my satisfaction. I wouldn't mind having Brandon & Dominic back for other necessary work. Thank you guys!

Excellent in every way possible five stars; customer service, work, on time, pricing, etc. My hose bib was leaking (old) and Miguel and Brandon replaced it with a copper fitting, much better quality. They are definitely my new go to plumbers, HVAC company.

NCB did a wonderful job with upgrading my washer box and drain. However, when they spliced into the 2" cast iron to the 4" main we found it so clogged up it looked like an artery ready for a heart attack. The Tech on-site took photos so I could see the before the condition in order to make a better informed decision. Replacement was the really the only option, especially since I already had clogging issues where the kitchen sink and washer drain came together before the 4" main. Plus there was a crack in the 4" main tight where this 2" t-ed in. The extra added work was done very well and the added cost was very reasonable. It definitely took care of some of my issues in dealing with old cast iron drains and sewer. I also appreciate their consideration and really pushing so I could make a previously planned appointment later in the afternoon. This allowed me to have my water turned back and tested on at days end and saved a return trip the next day. I feel the original and add-on work were reasonably priced, especially the add-on work.

I have never used Angie's List before and am very glad I did. I doubt I would've found out about NCB Mechanical otherwise. This is a very professional and skilled company. I liked being given a very competitive price for my job upfront. My technician, Marcus, arrived on time, patiently answering all my questions about augering my sewer drain. He explained how he was assessing the flow of all my drains and that my main line didn't need to be snaked! He looked at another job I have, the many plumbing mistakes under my kitchen sink, that I will have  NCB correct in the future. I highly recommend this company!
