My Window Man

They are okay. They are not outstanding but they did a good job. I used them quite frequently in the late 80's and early 90's but this last time I used them was the first time in like 15 years. I am satisfied. I've never used any other window cleaning company so I can't compare them to others. They tried the best they could, but we have old windows and that was one of the problems. I think they were on time, but I don't remember. I won't use them in the future because we are moving.

The two-man crew arrived right on time. They were very friendly and introduced themselves (I wish I could remember their names!), explained what they were going to do and went to work. They cleaned the windows inside and out, brushed the dust bunnies out of the sills and also removed the screens and cleaned them. In fact, one of the screens had popped out of its frame in one corner, and he fixed it for us; it only took a minute to do that, but to me it showed good customer service and going that extra mile for the customer. They finished within about an hour; I would have probably only had three windows (one side only!) cleaned in that amount of time. I will definitely use them again!!

I called, got an estimate and scheduled the service. The scheduler was very courteous and helpful. The window cleaners were courteous, neat , pleasant and efficient. The work quality was excellent and I'll definitely use them again!

I have used this company for window cleaning for several years. They always do a fantastic job. This time was no exception - 13 windows and a glass patio door cleaned in under 2 hrs, with screens removed and replaced. I highly recommend My Window Man.

Everything was fine. He was very professional. I was satisfied with everything. He was reliable. His work was performed as we had agreed.

I was given a price quote over the telephone, but once the workers arrived they saw that the windows were more complicated than expected. We have Pella Pro-line windows, which have storm windows that pull forward into the house for cleaning, which means there are four surfaces to clean for each window. Because of our price constraints, Cody, the team leader helped me figure out how we could stay within the budget we had set. We decided to clean all surfaces in the east-facing windows (where the view is) and not wash inside the storm windows on the west side of the house. They worked quickly and efficiently and asked me to call if I noticed streaking when the morning light came in. I did end up calling them back for a quick touch up on a couple of windows, which Cody responded to quickly. We were very pleased with their work and with their professional and caring manner. We will use them again.

The technician arrived on time as promised. He was very polite and explained what his procedures were. He cleaned all of our windows inside and out. The windows have never been that clean - now we can see the fantastic mountain views much better. We will definitely use them again

Called them, made the appointment. On time, done in an hour or so. Very nice gentleman.

My experience with this company, for the initial call to schedule service to the good feeling of having clean glass to see our wonderful East Mountain views, was excellent.

Easy phone call, quick estimate, immediate scheduling. Workman Matt arrived on schedule and went immediately to work. We have a two story house, and the work took approximately 3 hours. The windows are sparkling clean and beautiful, sills, screens and tracks brushed. The price was exactly on estimate. We are very happy with this company and workmanship and definitely recommend their work.

The window cleaner arrived a bit early and got right to work. He had all his own cleaning supplies and several ladders (which came in handy for our three storey house). Overall, he did an ok job. I don’t think he brushed the screens and tracks as specified on the work order and several of the windows show some streaking. I’m a bit disappointed for the price I paid, but it’s not worth calling the company to complain. At least the windows look better than they did!

Very positive experience. Setting up the appointment was easy. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were fast and efficient. My windows had not been washed in a LONG time. And forget the screens! They have probably never been cleaned. Now they look great! What a difference it makes! I like the fact they they are insured (especially with a two-story clerestory entry) and a weather warranty.

Called based on Angie's List report history. Left a message. Maria, the office manager called back and scheduled appointment within the week - then called back when an earlier time became available, knowing that's what we preferred (going above and beyond already!). Scott arrived on time, surveyed the job quickly and got to work. He was done in less than 1.5 hours and even reminded us to be sure to remember to re-latch in the inside-latch screens. He also reminded us several times not to hesitate to call if it rained - they have a 7-day guarantee and he'd be happy to come back. Excellent work. Will definitely call again!

They did an excellent job cleaning the windows, including the screens, tracks, and sills. Also, while I was unlocking the gate on the side of the house to give them access to the back yard, my 2 year old daughter locked me out of the house. The guy was kind enough to climb his ladder to the second floor and climb in through one of the unlocked windows to unlock the front door. He really saved the day!

Two young men arrived promptly. Reviewed the job with them and they got to work immediately. They were very polite and completed the job within 2 hours. This is the third time I have used this company and have been completely satisfied each time. When they left they reminded me if it rains within the week they will return to do the outside windows. They also called a few days later to check if I was satisfied with the work, which I was! This company is very focused on customer satisfaction. I could not do what they do in the amount of time or with the quality. This is well worth the money!

I found My Window Man on Angie's List. Phoned and made an appointment for one week in advance. They gave an estimate of cost during the call based on info from me, but said the cleaner would give the firm price when he arrived to do the work. On the day of appointment, the cleaner arrived on time and took a quick tour to give me the final price for the work. I accepted and he went to work, completing the job in about 1:45. I gave him a check and he reminded me there's a 7 day rain guarantee ... they'd re-do the outside of the windows if it rains within a week of the work. The cleaner happened to be the owner and was very cordial.

I bought the home a few months ago, and the windows obviously had not been cleaned in a LONG time. It took 2 hours, start to finish, and included 4 clerestory windows. He left nothing behind but sparkling windows. It was a real time-saver - it would have taken me the better part of 2 weekends to get the job done - well worth the money.

I have used the Window Man for at least five years. Joe cleans 15 of my windows inside and out twice a year. He is excellent, trustworthy, and very thorough. He cleans the window sills and leaves everything spotless, even an atrium where he has to step around large plants and hold back large leaves in order to clean a large picture window in the atrium. The main office is friendly and efficient. They call twice a year to see if I want to have my windows cleaned. They provide a weather guarantee and come back to clean the outside of the windows again if it rains within that week. I will use them again and again!

Calls were returned promptly and the services were scheduled immediately, to be carried out in a week. A very punctual, pleasant, and efficient young man performed the services and did a very nice job. He failed to do the storm doors, but that is mostly my fault for not making sure that was clear on the written order that he worked from, and then not taking the time to follow up when I realized the omission. Also, I don't have a basis for price comparison, and although it seemed a bit high for just exterior surfaces, all the windows have wrought iron over them, so it's not an easy job. Otherwise I was very pleased and will definitely use the company again, next time making sure there's no misunderstanding about the doors. The company did call to follow up and I will explain the same to them when I return the call.

The schedule I was given over the phone was exactly the day and time I wanted. The workers came at the time that had been arranged. Two guys did all my windows inside and out. The job they did was not perfect, but was very good. They worked quickly and were thorough. The price I was quoted on the phone was exactly what I paid. I would hire them again.

They missed one window, and did not brush sills, tracks and screens as promised. They did come back but it was an inconvenience.
