I have a home that I am getting ready to sell in which renters have been in for a couple of years. The windows had not been cleaned in all that time and were pretty bad. I found Scott on Angie's List, called and got a quote over the phone and was able to schedule the cleaning within a few days. I even got an discount for mentioning Angie's List. I was skeptical because I had read other reviews where reviewers were saying that the price changed after the quote but that did not happen to me. I counted and called with a number and they actually reduced the number based on what consitutes a window. Scott arrived exactly on time, surveyed the job and started right away. He even went out and cleaned windows that were 15-20 feet off the ground. He removed and cleaned the screens and put them all back. He was professional, polite and everything went off without a hitch. We will definitely use them again! Thanks, Scott!

My wife has been using this company 3-4 times times per year since 2010. Consequently,our house has an ongoing work order that specifies how many windows our house has. Yesterday, a worker shows up and and quot;redefinesand quot; how he counts the windows. For example, some windows have a main pane that is split from a smaller lower pane. This now became 2 windows. This increased our bill 45%. Remember, this bill had always been charged the same way, multiple times, over a couple of years. The worker was bullying in tone to my spouse, and in fact, was over ruling what his work order defined. To this point I had been pleased with the company, but we will stop using this company.

The service was good. They were very quick and it took him only about an hour. He had to take some window screens out and adjust them and dust them off as well. When I called to make the appointment they could have came the next day but that did not fit my schedule and they accommodated that and came the next week.

They do a good job. We will use their services again.

The service from the Window Man was excellent. They arrived on time, they were true to the estimate, very professional, friendly and quick. I will definitely use them again and will recommend to my family and friends.

The workers were professional and timely but the price seemed high for the work that was done. It is unskilled work but the competitors had high prices as well.

The window washer scheduled the appointment and came on time. He was thorough and efficient and the windows were done much more quickly than I imagined. It was so nice to have the windows all sparkly again.

They charged around $25 a window. I had two sliding glass doors and a great big one in the den, and they didn't up the price or anything like that. It was still $25 a window. They call me every once in a while. I call them probably more than they call me. They are very nice. I wish they would send out some of their more experienced window people, because the last time I had My Window Man, the guy hadn't been in the business very long and he knocked over a can of paint. He felt so bad, so I never told the company. But he wasn't up to par. I guess you'd say I take them for granted that they will call me at the right time. Or I will call them when I need. They are about average. I think they are very good on price. They respond very quickly.

There were three workers. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very neat and tidy and did a great job.

Called My Window Man based on comments left here. My Window Man answered immediately without have to play phone tag. They asked what I needed and when they could show. I scheduled them for a Wednesday morning, 9:00AM, and they quoted me a price for 40 windows. I did not really know how many windows are on my house. Robert C. called and said he was on his way (Nice touch). HE SHOWED UP EARLY! By 8:45AM Robert was cleaning windows. He did a GREAT JOB! Some of the windows had more than just dirt, they had years of mud on them. We walked the house and counted windows and came up with a total of 50. Robert figured he would be done by noon. When he was about half done, I noticed I forgot to add one of the sunrooms attached to the house. I asked Robert if he would be able to get that sunroom. He called back to his office and said no problem. These windows look so good, like the day they were installed. I would use My Window Man again, and I would ask for Robert C. I wish all the contractors that have worked at my home were as professionally as My Window Man.

They were very prompt. They do a fine job. I walk around and look at the windows when they're done. If I find a spot that's dirty, they get it done. They're quick. It doesn't take long for them to get it done.

Fast, clean, responsive, and tidy! After seeing My Window Man's ratings on Angie's List, I called for an estimate. They got back to me right away and gave me a cost estimate based on the number and type of windows in my house. I was able to schedule an appointment two days later. The window washer (Scott?) showed up right on time and was very friendly and helpful. After taking a look at all the windows, he got to work and did a fantastic job. In addition to doing a great job of cleaning the windows, he moved a few items as needed and without complaint to be able to get better access to the windows. He was very, very tidy in his work, as well as fast and efficient. What a great job, and having clean windows just lifts my spirits. Great job! I highly recommend their service!

They are punctual and do a quality job. They have a guarentee so if it rains within the week they come back and redo them. I have only had to use that service once, but it was nice! They are quick, there is no streaking, and they get here when they say they are going to.

This company is excellent, from the moment I called for an estimate until the last window was cleaned, everything was outstanding. Will definitely use again.

They just cleaned all the windows on the outside of the house. They did a very good job I was happy.

I spent around $200 on that work. They come out quarterly. My wife is happy with them.

They were very good. It rained the next day after I got my windows washed. It all worked out well and they have a 7 day rain-check; so they came back and they cleaned them again. They were great and it was really nice. The price was really very reasonable. I didn't have them do any indoor windows because I just didn't need it. They were really friendly and they were able to accommodate me quickly; it was great customer service. They just did a good job, were nice and I just liked them. I really hadn't done much about cleaning my windows. I used to keep them as dirty as I could because bird would run into my windows and I thought, the cleaner they are the worst that's going to be; so I just left them dirty. But I don't do that anymore because I just am so happy with our remodel, and I want to see our views and stuffs. So, when I start seeing dirt on the window, I was not happy. I don't know, for some reason the birds aren't running into my windows; it's so weird. We had two arch windows that were also pretty big and the birds would still run into it. Now we changed it into three windows that actually give us a much bigger view, with less window architecture in the way and just glass. We also removed some clerestory windows, which the birds might have seen from a distance and thought they could fly under and through, like they are going through a tunnel or something. Anyway, I don't have to worry about the birds running into the windows much and I can keep them cleaner and it's just absolutely beautiful. They just did a wonderful job and they came back and did it again after the rain. It's nice that they gave a rain-check because it never rains here. I will use them in the future.

He was very pleasant and professional. He had the right tools such as a lader that was able to work some very high windows. He got to work IMMEDIATELY after reviewing the property and giving me an additional estimate. I missed six windows. I was just moving into the place and needed to get the windows cleaned quickly and professionally before my furniture arrived. I would definitely call his company back and request him since he did a reallhy good job. There was a very clear before and after result with his work. Very pleasant hard working and positive professional!
