 + -1 moreCharlie the owner is the only Pest Management I will use, he is punctual, honest, and an all around nice guy. His prices are more than fair and he guaranties his work. He came out a week after his initial visit and took care of a Wasp problem that I forgot to tell him about on his first visit at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Residential pest control. I was having problems with ants and needed a overall spraying of my property.

 + -1 moreCharlie Armistead shows up and doesn't ever stand me up or anything. He does the yard, and basically, I don't have to be there. I trust his punctuality. He pretty much does what I ask him to do, and it seems to work. I don't have a contract with him. It is about $30 or $40 depending on what I get done. I haven't hired other people, but I think his price is good. His responsiveness is good too. Sometimes, I have to leave a message for him because I think he probably just works out of his truck via cell phone, but he will call me back. His level of professionalism is high. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I have used My Bug Guy for pest control a couple of times, once in the spring and once in the summer. I try to control an ant problem I have, and I call him when I can't anymore.

Description of Work: Charlie is the most wonderful person. Not only is he great at his job, but he is professional, kind and trust-worthy. We found him back in 2000 when a neighbor was using his pest control services. We had tried other services, but had to sign up for lengthy contracts, the prices were too high, and we never had the same person come each month. With Charlie, you feel like you've known him your entire life and the most important thing is he GETS RID OF OUR BUGS! One year we had a swarm of wasps that took up residence in our home. Charlie was quick and responsive to the problem. Got rid of the nest and the wasps in no time at all. Our children and our dogs also adore him (that tells you a lot when your kids and critters like a new person). One final note, Charlie served our country in the service years ago and I am thankful for his sacrifices he made for the USA. We are business owners and have referred MY BUG GUY PEST CONTROL to several clients, family and friends. They have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!!

 + -1 moreI CONTACTED MY BUG GUY THROUGH ANOTHER LIST MEMBER FOR PRICING AND INITIAL MEETING. SINCE OCTOBER I'VE USED THEIR SERIVCES EVERY OTHER MONTH AND WILL CONTINUE DOING SO. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND TIMELY. I HAVE A SMALL CHILD, AND BEFORE I COULD ASK IF THE CHEMICAL WAS SAFE FOR HER TO BE AROUND THE TECH WENT THROUGH A COMPLETE RUN DOWN ON WHAT THE CHEMICAL CONTAINED AND THAT IT IS SAFE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS AROUND CHILDREN. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

Description of Work: I was having a severe ant problem. I called and he came almost immediately and sprayed for ants as well as other insects, and said to call him if they reappeared. About ten days later they did reappear. I called My Bug Guy and he came right away, located where they were making their entrances, treated those areas especially, sprayed again and VOILA! no more ants!! There was no charge for the second visit.

 + -1 moreHe was great. His price was very reasonable. I ended up going with him because the other company I was using never returned my messages. He sprayed all around, but he also found where they were coming out of a wall plug in my kitchen. He put some special ant gel in there and told me to call him if I saw any more ants. I have hardly seen any since then. He was terrific. He was a very nice person and he was very professional. His price was excellent. I am very happy that I found him. I definitely plan to use My Bug Guy again in the future.
