Description of Work: They sprayed the exterior and interior lower floor of a house we had just purchased. They also put additional ant killing gel in the kitchen where we noticed a lot of them and sprayed under sinks. They said they charge less for follow up visits too. Mike was helpful and professional. We will be using MTA again.

+ -1 moreMTA services our home every two months. Always calls to confirm date/time, and always arrives as scheduled. Service is thorough, courteous, and professional. If there is a problem between scheduled visits, return treatment provided at no additional charge.
Description of Work: MTA treats both inside and outside home for ants, roaches, spiders, etc. Uses product that is non-toxic to humans or pets. There is no noticeable effect to bees, birds or other non-pests. Treatment is thorough and effective. Have called for "out of schedule" service only twice in two years to handle mid-summer gnats in one indoor, potted ficus tree.

Description of Work: I love this company. In May, we've been using them for 2 years for bug control (spider, ants & cockroach). I can't say enough about them. Great things they do: 1-Call you the night before to remind you of the appointment. 2-Explain bug behavior. We were removing a flagstone patio in back & suddenly we were seeing a ton of outdoor cockroaches. Well, we'd disturb their environment thus you'd expect to see more as you dig. 3-Dan twice has handled, extremely professionally, me calling freaking out about a spider I found. I have young kids and did n't grow up in the southwest so I have no idea what is poisonous. I kept it & he id it as non poisonous--thank god! 4-Uhm cockroaches freak me out & one day he removed one that was not quite dead from my garage. I'd waited longer than the 6 to 8 weeks for the summer to spay.

+ -1 moreHe is very personable and quite businesslike. He is fairly priced too. He sprays outside on the foundation along the fence line and also sprays the inside. He uses a non-toxic insecticide. He sets up a schedule and does a good job. He comes once every two months. He writes down the date and calls the day before he’d be here.

+ -1 moreThey were great the whole time. After they sprayed, I still had ants so I waited three or four days and then called them. They said they were sorry and that they would come back out and spray again. They were very polite and prompt.
