I would STRONGLY recommend Mike from MRM Mechanical and I would request Joe's team if possible. They did a whole house re-pipe and replaced all the fixtures in 3 & 1/2 days. I brought up concerns with Mike about some negative reviews i had read, and he updated the contract to protect against my concerns without hesitating. Mike also checked in every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The minor "issue" discussed was fixed first thing the following day. I can't sing Joe's praises enough. Joe was the main plumber on site and he dealt with two engineers looking over his shoulder (Me & My dad) and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. It was looking like we were going to be without water overnight and Joe plumbed a temporary working toilet and sink which was greatly appreciated with 2 young children.

I am exceptionally pleased with MRM and the work they have done for me. they replaced the sewer line and the incoming water line. all others, Alb Plumbing, Roter Rooter, TLC wanted to reline, not Replace, the sewer line for double the cost. They saved me a lot of money, that I was able to have them back the following week to replace the water heater. MRM is top notch in my book.

If you're looking to save some money and then waste it on another company, then this is the business for you! we needed a water heater and i went to angi. They replaced our water heater and everything seemed fine. As the temperature dropped in the city, we realized our heater wasn't working. I thought I’d use this company again. i called and texted the owner and a few weeks later he got back to us and said he'll find a piece for our furnace. After almost two months of waiting for Michael to find the piece to our furnace we went with Signature, who also said that the water heater wasn't right but we can do an electric furnace. $20,000 dollars later, and still no contact from the owner. DO NOT HIRE THIS CON MAN

They were a little delayed on installing, but mostly due to them being busy and having to wait on inspectors. The install is quick and less expensive than a lot of other options.

These guys were great my main water line broke from my water heater. I did know exactly where it broke just by putting ear to tile but they made the repairs and quickly. 4.5 stars just because they did not have anyone on there team to do tile work to fix the hole they made.

The owner himself contacted me immediately, came within 20 minutes of my emergency situation, took a look, gave me a quote, and set me up for repairs first thing the next morning! The technician was way faster than the time they estimated the project would take, and he did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

When they replaced my water heater at home, they were on time and worked really fast. Right from the start, it was clear they were serious about doing a great job. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done quickly and neatly. What I really liked was how they made sure everything was perfect. They didn't just swap out the water heater; they did it carefully and made sure everything was just right. Not only are they good at what they do, but they're also really nice guys. Other plumbers that I called to check water heater issue were scheduling me several days out even when I told them it was urgent as new tenant needed hot water. When I called Mike Medina at MRM Mechanical he scheduled me next day at my convenience. He arrived on time and he checked the issue and scheduled necessary work around tenants scheduled. Tenant gave new observations and Mike returned same day to recheck water heater and reevaluated problem and said it was indeed replacement issue and talked to me about options in clear details. I made the decision on what type/brand of water heater and he scheduled replacement next day, Saturday, with no additional weekend charges. MRM completed job to great satisfaction from me and most importantly, my new tenant!! I rejoice with peace of mind that I have MRM Mechanical to rely on whenever the next urgent plumbing issue comes up!!!

MRM fixed our rental house due to a tree growing through the sewage. They were extremely easy to work with. We now have a main line leak that they have jumped on and will be re-piping our house in the next year. I highly recommend.

Outstanding service and fast. Water heater broke at 8pm, Micheal called me quick after I requested quote. Got the call at 830pm. He came the next morning at 8am. New water heater installed at 12pm. Great price and outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Michael was flexible with my schedule and got me scheduled quickly. I hired for a simple faucet demo and installation, but of course, my 100-year-old house had to pull some tricks. My plumber Carlos rolled with punches and went all over town getting the parts he needed to do the additional unexpected repairs. My new faucet works like a charm, and Carlos went above and beyond to get my kitchen up and running again. Will definitely be coming back for any future plumbing needs.
