I had a small leak affecting my exterior anti-siphon faucet and hose bib pipe. Mike, Sr. responded to my request and quickly set up the repair before the winter freeze. Issac did the repair to my satisfaction. The cost was reasonable and I will use them again if I need a plumber.

Mike Jr was very willing to work with me to help keep the cost down. That was greatly appreciated as my income is Social Security and I couldn't afford the cost the big Box store install plumber quoted me for this job. Mike Sr and his helper did an excellent job of installing the new Water Heater and at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again if future plumbing work is needed.

He installed a residential water heater in my commercial business (and as I just found out, did not pull the required permit). By doing this the warranty was reduced to 1 year from 8 years. The water heater has now failed. I called them and he was going to see about getting if fixed but he had to call the warranty company to get approval. Since that call, he is not answering my calls or returning my messages.

If you do not have anything nice to say, do not say anything. Or for everyone reading this I must tell you, DO NOT USE MRM Mechanical!!!! Their communication is very bad, their work is worse. We hired them for a bathroom remodel. The demo was ok, but the installation was a nightmare. They had a subcontractor that put in a new subfloor. It was ok. Then came MRM Mechanical, LLC to install a new bathtub and new plumbing for the bathtub. At least there was no water leaking but the bathtub was on a major angle (if it was a boat it might take in water). They said it is OK, the sub-contractor will come back to install the tile. The sub-contractor for the tile came back and said there was no way they could work with this tub - it needs to be level. MRM Mechanical, LLC came back and took the tub out to reinstall it (oh ya no bathroom for 5 days). This time it is level, but one end of the tub has more space from the wall, about half an inch. The tiler came back and still can not tile. Now MRM Mechanical, LLC wants out of a job they messed up!!! I am so fed up I said just go away. They are useless!! They left me with a job to complete! and they did a number on the subcontractor, too.

The owner was great to work with on this project. He was courteous and attentive. They replaced a few pipes and the main water line into my house. The project took longer than we thought, but it passed the city inspection. I'm happy with the results since it was an emergency break. I would hire him again!

The workers were great, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves; however, NM Gas stated that they did not file the proper paperwork or conduct any of the required tests, so NM Gas removed our gas meter - now we are without hot water, stove, furnaces, and fireplaces until the proper tests are performed, the city inspects the work, I pay for all the fines, fees and services, and we get our gas meter back. I discussed this situation with another contractor who stated that getting the permits and conducting the tests SHOULD have been included in the costs - especially at the price quoted.

When the plumber arrived he was very pleasant and efficient, He checked the fireplace and turned it off then replaced the part that needed replacing in the heater/air-conditioning unit, On Thursday 8/18/22 I open the closet to the heater and smelled gas. I already had some windows opened, and talked to the gas co. I had to get myself and my dog away from my home right away. There were two leaks on the connection that was repaired/replaced. The fireplace, gas stove and water heater were also checked for escaping gas. No other leaks found. the connections to the heater were tightened and my home declared safe.

They are professional and knowledgeable. also the price of the project was fair and reasonable.

I had a pipe leak behind the access panel in my house. Mike came within the hour after speaking on the phone and fixed the leak quickly at a decent price. He was also very informative on the pipes used for my house and answered questions that I had about my water softener. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

GOOD NEWS! MRM Mechanical explained to me that they wanted to come back to fix the leak behind the wall, however they were having employee issues, which has put them way behind. In the mean time we agreed on compensating me and having another plumber coming out and finishing the work. They have lived up to their agreement to compensate me. They are a reputable company and I hope you call them for all your plumbing needs.

They didn't even connect the piping to the meter. They were supposed to deliver the parts that morning to complete their work. As expected, they never showed The gas company had to do it with their parts. They were none too happy about it. This project was started on June 2nd. The gas company completed the project, as far as the final install of the gas line, on June 21st. The company, MMR Mechanical, finally showed yp on the 29th of June to fill in the trench after numerous phone calls from myself and from Angi customer relations. As far as a recommendation goes, I wouldn't recommend this company to put in a water line on my refrigerator. They're horrible and they overcharge for their work. They were supposed to run a 10 foot line to the gas meter and connect it. They stubbed it out 2 feet from the meter and never finished it!!!!!! The finish work that took them 27 days to complete.........filling in the trench that they dug!!!!

Appreciated their promptness, price and knowledge of the workmen. Had a few glitches, but they worked them out with confidence. Well done!

These guys were great. They had some technical difficulties with the on demand heater, but voluntarily continued to return and troubles shoot the problems until everything was working perfectly. The installation and reworking of the pipes was top notch.

I was hoping that he would return my calls to come back and finish the job.

Just do not Tried to get them to come in for a stub in for a gas stove. Did not show up for an estimate and did not call me to reschedule until I called them about the no show. When the work was finally scheduled, they did not send the person who was originally supposed to do the work. The guy that did show up ran a gas pipe that was not fastened to the side of the house, and a valve that stuck out a ridiculous amount out of the wall into the kitchen and tried to convince me a stove would still fit. I tried to call them to see if they would do something to at least try to make it right, no replies to my voicemail. There is a lot of other plumbers in town that can do these things for you, just find somebody that will do the job right the first time for the money.

They changed the scheduled time on me twice. They sent inexperienced plumbers who did not unplug my drain and broke my new garbage disposal because they did not install it properly. I have tried to get them to come back to finish clearing my drain and they are giving me a excuses to postpone coming in to finish the job. On a positive note, they did not bill me and said the would not until they fixed the problem. The workers were very kind and well spoken. The mistakes they made were honest mistakes and I think they were willing to correct them.

The installer worked way past normal business hours to get my new toilet installed. He demonstrated great care for my home throughout the entire process, even cleaning under the toilet prior to installing the new one. He also cleaned up after he was done and made sure everything was to my liking before he left.

Outstanding service. Estimate done, next day job completed. Professional, courteous and punctual. Very impressive. Would recommend highly.
