By far, one of the best "plumber experiences" I've ever had. They replace a water heater, brought everything up to code and were courteous as they were professional. Highly recommended.

When they left I loosened the brackets and pull it up like it was suppose to be. Also they cut it all up and it looks terrible. I told Michael that I was not going to pay for it and he said he had to charge something. I told him to just take it obecause it looked horrible. I should of stuck to my guns but I agreed to paying 20.00, dumb dumb dumb. Trust me if you want a job done right make sure you read a review and get some professionals. I understand this is the first review. Makes me wonder why. Hmmmm, well Good LUCK

I had an emergency when a tenants water heat sprung a leak and we had to turn off all the water to the house—MRM worked with my budget and swamped the heater that same day — awesome— will definitely use them again!

i hired them because they didn't try to push me to replace my heater, they were confident they could repair my old unit, and they gave me a lower estimate for the repair. they ended up charging me half of what they had originally estimated and gave me a veterans discount. they showed me how to increase my heating efficiency and were very patient on teaching me basic things I didn't know about my central furnace and made an easy guide so i know what to do at the beginning and end of heating/cooling season.

These guys were amazing. They started the project at noon (replacing a very old & crowded water heater and removing ancient and useless gas bbq grill and a useless and leaking gas lamp at about noon and had what seemed to be a small army essentially finished by 5pm. They performed in a friendly and professional manner. I would hire them again in a second.

Our bathroom flooded the night before. MRM Mechanical was quick to respond and appointment was made, kept and work was finished quickly and efficiently. Mike was great, easy going; showed up with all the right parts and pieces and got down in the water and started fixing away. Most definitely will rehire for other plumbing repairs in my home.

Replace kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. Install needed return trip to reseat faucet. The return trip done by another plumber of same company and was left unfinished. Called owner to ask for return trip to finish job. Owner responded to rating call and returned to complete job. I was very happy with finish. Owner great to work with. Would call again for service. We have repeatedly have call back for service because they do not fix the problem and it has been three months already and have been patient and they have not resolve the issue.

Water heater started leaking so i requested a quote from multiple plumbers. MRM was the first response i received and they could get here to do the quote quickest. i requested a quote for a replacement tank heater and a new tankless one. their quote beat every other company by far. the next day they installed the new tankless system for only a little more than what a tank would have been. i could not be happier with their speed and expertise everything works great and looks better. i will be using them for my other plumbing projects.

I had 7 other contractors quote me a rather high price. MRM was the only company to quote me a fair price that was at least 25% lower than their nearest competitor. After the quote, MRM installed the heater the same day. The installation went quick, two hours, and now I have a new water heater.

He gave us a good quote on a Saturday and fixed the issue quickly, finishing the work last Tuesday.

They were the first ones to call me back almost instantly. They gave me a quote to replace my hot water heater that had gone out. They came within hours of me calling them and replaced the hot water heater within a couple of hours on a holiday weekend! It looks and works great. I am grateful and would definitely recommend them.

We cannot say enough about how great this company and the service was. Last year they replaced our hot water heater, and today we had them replace some copper pipes. Honest owners, and awesome repair people. They go above and beyond in their work. Highly recommended!
