MRM Mechanical installed a brand new Navian tankless water heater. These guys were great, they gave us the best price and the service was excellent! They installed the unit in a day, and got a city inspection on the unit following day. The unit is working great and I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

They installed 2 hot water heaters. They did not pull a permit, I have no green tag. They did not place hard water rods in my tanks like I requested. They damaged the door jamb and plaster badly around the hot water heater closet. The units are not installed according to code. Not secured. And I reached out several times because of a gas leak in one of the units. They will not respond though it's under warranty. The father of the owner did the work, belittling my concerns and belittling his worker and being very rude to me in my home. So unprofessional. Awful awful experience. I have no recourse but to contact the CID and the attorney generals office.

Don't use these people. They are incompetent. They tried four times to install a navien tankless water heater without success. I had to hire another plumber to correct all of their errors which cost me an extra $981.

I wish I would have use Angie's List to begin with cause I would have save a great deal of money and time. Please recommend them to others.They are amazing Thank You!

Provider did not fix problem properly and eventually created more problems for the building. He has had to come out several times and still we have issues that need fixing.

MRM is a family business and they were the first to respond to my on-line request to replace my water heater the same day. The team members worked together to complete the task in a timely manner for a great price. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and hauled away the old water heater. I would recommend this team to my neighbors and friends.

MRM is quick to respond and provides solid, viable solutions when gas line feeds require alteration. My particular job wasn’t an easy fix and Mike resolved what needed to be done with precision. Job well done.

My plumbing disaster: background- Our shared townhome was overflowing sewer in the driveway. TLC came out spent all morning assessing the problem and even had the city out to check the city sewer. They gave me an estimate. Stated the problem was not in our line to shared sewer line, but actually about 60' to the east under neighbors property. The line they used to clean out from the cleanouts west of us (also holding sewage) was totally stuck in the shared sewer line. After sharing the estimate with other homeowners it was suggested I get another opinion. I checked "Angie" and MRM Mechanical responded immediately - I meet with their rep at property told him what the other company said and even showed the estimate and work order to him. He gave me a price 2,000.00 less than other company assured me they had been in business for a long time- His Grandfather started the company. I hired him signed his estimate, gave him a check and he said they would start work the next morning. When I went to townhome the next morning I was shocked to see they were tearing out the concrete in our drive where our cleanout was - as I knew the problem was not there. I called and texted and kept trying to see what was going on. I was assured the problem was where they tore up our concrete and drive and once the other company got there line out of the shared sewer line it would all be fine. I knew this was not true as obstruction was 60' east and all we needed was a new line from 2nd cleanout to street. I at that time told them to stop and fired MRM Mechanical. After doing the unnecessary destruction they are keeping my $4,600.00 and I now have to pay additional money to fix their error. They just blindly cut through irrigation lines and a reinforced concrete curb... I have enclosed both proposals. I would warn any person to not trust Angie (Angie's list) for any contractor or work to be done. This note will also go on any website Yelp, MRMS website, TLC's Thank you, Debbie Heeter

Fast friendly customer service. Installed top brand water heater, Bradford-White, and brought system up to code. Installation personnel is efficient, installed properly and took away the old water heater, and cleaned the area before leaving.

They called before coming, and showed up on time. They were fast and did a wonderful job.

I used this company to replace my kitchen sink faucet that has been leaking for over a year. Last week the drain backed up and due to the leak both sinks kept filling up. They came out right when they stated they would and knocked out both the clog and replaced the leaking faucet.

Super fast response

Very incompetent. Customer service was very, very bad. No follow through. It was supposed to be a 1 day project at the start of Christmas and we have been taking cold showers for 3 months. Michael kept saying he is going to come by and he never follows through. I gave him the chance to make things right and he hung up on me. The work that he did, he used Mobile home RV parts on connections that impeded the flow so the unit wouldnt work. He didnt want to call for an inspection and I insisted. He tapped into the gas line and the gas company came out and took our meter out. Two of the coldest days of the year we were without heat and water. The gas company wouldnt re install it until it was inspected and done right. They had to do a mercury test on the whole house. It took them two days. Michael gave us the wrong size meter to tell the gas company and it wouldnt work because it was under pressurized, too small of a meter, and since he used an RV part it wasnt getting the constant flow of water to the tank. Everytime I would call and complain Mike would blame it on me. Mike sent another plumber out and we figured that we wasnt getting enough gas. So we called the gas company who sent out a meter that was twice as big. When the plumber still couldnt get the tank to work Mike told me that the plumber wasnt licensed. Mike then told me that since I paid the plumber it was on me now and the problem was mine now. Do not hire. Run, stay away! The most important part is that the vent is a 3 phased vent and it has to be glued, he did not glue it and could have made carbon monoxide build up in the house which is very dangerous and put my familys life in jeopardy

These guys were here the next morning (Saturday), and didn't charge me extra for the weekend. They were AMAZING!

Contacted them and they are coming on Tuesday to complete the job and make me 100% satisfied. Can?t comment until job is complete. Contacted son over and over again and no response and finally contacted the owner and he said he would make it good. Took over 2 months. ????

excellent thermocouple replacement on water heater. great service. Very expensive, but they came on short notice.
