Michael, Mike, and Daniel all worked really hard to fix our gas leak and install our tankless water heater. They were friendly, professional, and had great attitudes! I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone with plumbing or gas leak issues.

MRM Mechanical was prompt and professional from beginning to end of the install and at a fairly reasonable price, they were the first to respond and managed to get the heater installed less than three hours after the initial visit.

Very professional, quoted me $500 less than other guys to replace water main from meter to house. They completed the work in less than one day, and put my landscaping back the way it was. I would hire them again. Great service.

Arrived when promised. Tech was very good. Resolution of my problem was satisfactory resolved.

Did good work, but took too long to repair an easy task and ended up charging me for an extra hour !!!! Said only one company would carry that part which only cost $20.00 and he took a long time to get the part than what it took to install it!

MRM personnel came out on a Sunday to assess the job, started the job the next day, and stayed well past dark to see that the job was finished right. Stellar customer service. The rates are more than fair. Highly recommended.

Mike was very pleasant and did a great job

They recommended doing the demo work in addition to the plumbing and did not come prepared for the demo (it took much longer than they expected, workers were inexperienced in this area, and did not have typical demo tools to make the work go quicker). They did 2 days of work and raised their prices twice, once each day, which raised the price by 60%. When the second phase (Demo and rough in) of work was complete they walked off the job because they were not making money and would not complete the verbal contract for the 3rd phase the finish work and setting of the shower pan. The company is run by father and son and the level of communication between the two of them is low. For example, I would talk to the father about something, he would confirm it was in their scope of work, but the son would do the final walk-through but would not know what I was talking about when it comes to the final scope to be completed. On the first day of work, they started the demo we discussed a day and I asked them when would work best to start the job. They said 8:00 but did not arrive, I called and no one picked up I received a call at 9:30 saying they would be there by noon. All said and done the scope of work which was discussed and agreed (in phases 1 and 2) was not completed but I decided just to pay and part ways rather than having them come back another day. Would not recommend.

They were wonderful to work with. Fast, good customer service and quality work. They helped me save money by using any parts I already had which was very convenient.
