They were quick to give an estimate amount was reasonable estimated completion time was wrong twice 2 day's later still haven't recieved an invoice

Anybody whose in business knows when you call a plumber you expect them to do a job and if there is a problem, you expect them to respond when there is a problem and rectify the problem. If they make an appointment and they can not make it they call. They follow up until the job is complete or get a black eye on Ang

Had issues with leaky pipes after connecting pipes to washer. Called the company, left messages; was told they would call me back. They never did. Had to call another plumber and the problem was resolved. Paid a lot for the job and when the problem arose thy were of no help. I will never use them again. As of now I am still waiting for a receipt from them.

Under mobile home leak repair has challenged other plumbers, and this person also had frustration, and had to go for parts, but came back the next day to finish.

The service men were great, they were friendly and attentive. The only thing I wasnâ t happy with was the outside faucet did not fit flush with the wall but it is outside and I donâ t have to look at it much. Nothing is perfect! Glad to have it working again, thanks guys

Despite asking for the plumber to wear a mask, once on-site I had to tell them to put masks on. I overheard one of the assistants mention having been sick 3 days prior, which was concerning. On top of that, the faucet is crooked and the hot and cold function is the opposite of expected. They also balked at half the job, only installing a faucet and not replacing the angle valves (which were the reason I hired them in the first place). I do not recommend hiring this contractor.

We hired MRM to fix a clogged kitchen drain. Clint, who was very professional, came on Tuesday 11/20/21. Since he could not break the clog, my husband discussed with Clint possibly going through the roof vent. We called Michael to schedule a second appointment, which was to be on Thursday 12/2/21. No one showed for the appointment and several of our calls were never returned. We paid $140 cash and did not receive a receipt. We cut our losses and hired Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

Clint and Austin were professional and excellent workers. Excellent price and repair completed in one day. Company highly recommended.

We called MRM mechanical on a tuesday and they came wednesday and completed the work for a very reasonable price. Our neighnor referred us to them and now we know why. A rare find in albuquerque where a company does what they say theyâ re going do. Thank you Clint for your hard work.

Hired company to replace water main shutoff. Was quoted at $225. The company canceled the first appointment day of the appointment then came out the next day. Tech did not have parts on him and went to the store. Tech called me and said the price in parts had gone up (in 2 days) and the job would now be $335. I asked the total price for the parts and he said $80. I asked how much the parts normally cost. He stated the parts normally cost $30 to $40. I asked him to explain how the price went up to $110 if the difference in the material was $40-$50. He could not provide an explanation. Do not hire. They do not honor the prices they quoted

I think they could have been a little bit more organized over all grate job I would definitely use them again

I hired MRM for a pretty simple job, fix a leaking shower. Everybody was nice enough but a couple of issues arose. I did not realize and was never told that the shower faucet fixture would need to be replaced. I thought some copper fixture would need to be replaced in the wall and that would be it. If I had known that I would of chosen the fixture, seeing as its my house. Instead the plumber who fixed the leak chose it. Fixing that leak was the first step in renovating that bathroom and I already need to choose another fixture that I actually want. So after they finished installing it, I noticed the handle was upside down. I guess I figured if it works who cares but I was told not to use the shower for 24 hours. After turning it on the next day I found I no longer have access to cold water in the shower, guess because the fixtures upside down. I contacted them immediately and several other times and was told as soon as a tech is available they would be out to fix it. Nobody has ever come out, I have never heard from them and I got tired of trying to get them to come out to fix their mistake. They can schedule a tech for a three hour installation but they cannot schedule someone to come out for fifteen minutes to fix their mistakes. Thought about using them for other parts of renovation but not anymore. If this little project was any indication of their customer service, then I have had enough.

We had a leak emergency. 3 hours later it was fixed. A first rate experience. I’m very pleased.

They were late for my scheduled, appointment. Got sent to the wrong place. But Clint made up for the delay. He is so efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions. I would definitely use MRM Mechanical, LLC again. Clint has a wonderful personality and I would call for Clint again. Very reasonably priced.

We needed a water heater installed. Located MRM Mechanical through home advisor. Telephoned and received next day service. He sent out {I believe} two of the best installer ever. Clint Eastwood and Joseph struck again. We were so impressed with their work ethics and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and I never felt like it was just another job for them. They took the extra time, went the extra mile to insure the job was done correctly and cleaned up after themselves. This company and these guys are our new plumbers. They were reasonably priced. they kept their word and had the customer in mind at all times. I had a dual sink with some older faucet valves and p-trap that needed replacement. I was amazed that they were able to come by the same afternoon I put out a request and they gave me a quote immediately. Clint and Joseph were very friendly; they took the time to explain any questions I had regarding the work (I'm not very well-versed in home improvement). My husband and I were impressed and would happily hire this company for any plumbing needs in the future.
