Moving Solutions

Deliveries were hours behind schedule and no one was in communication with the customers or our business. Damage occurred on two of the deliveries and one delivery was never made. When I complained to the owner the following day, he said he would not complete the last delivery and that I had to make arrangements to come get the piece from his warehouse! Very unprofessional company.

The delivery personnel arrived with only five minutes left in their four hour stated timeframe. They unpacked and unloaded our sofa and loveseat. When they asked for a signature, my husband asked them if they were going to put the legs on the furniture and was told that they don't do that. Putting legs on furniture is absolutely part of the delivery process. It's a good thing that we are able-bodied people with those skills. Had they done so, they would have realized that there is a wood chip on the loveseat. Now we are waiting, and have been for four hours, for them to come back and pick up the damaged merchandise. I plan to provide Costco with this feedback as well. Unacceptable! It's now 24 hours later and Moving Solutions still haven't come to pick up the loveseat. No call - no nothing. I guess that I'll have to work this out directly with Costco. So, it's now June 10 and the damaged loveseat still hasn't been picked up. I'm now waiting on a totally different Costco furniture shipment. Moving Solutions received the merchandise on June 7. I've called and they never call back. Why does Costo continue to do business with this company?
