Mold Test Company NM

I wish I had understood the deliverables better. I didnâ t get as much as I expected fir the price.

IThis company referred through Angie. The name was followed by New rerferral and when I clicked on the info box it brought up a page that said there was no information, thus seeming do not exist. The company called me to sell me a urine test for mold which I felt would be of value believing they were experts. They charged $599 for the test kit, which the company likely provides free. Today two men came in a truck with no name on the side of the doors. They were dressed extremely causually with no name tags. No business cards for the two men could be obtained. Their dress was very disturbing, One was very overweight and unkempt with long pants pooling at his shoes that were worn on the sides and his feet were rotated outward. The other man wore a tank top, no sleeves. It appeared to me that these men were not qualfiied to do any mold testing. The unkempt one got out of the truck holding a beat-up small tackle box about half the size of a legal piece of paper and about six inches deep ready to carry into my home. I am 80 year old retired registered nurse and live alone and would not allow them to go into my house and asked them to leave. My instinct said to rid them asap. I do not feel they appeared to have any knowledge or skills that indicated they would give me anything of value. I did not feel comfortable having thm inside my home. Angie list did not say that this company contracted with people in other states whom I did not get to investigate. One had a business card that had no address, and the photo was not of either one of them, a bald man and they both had hair. The other guy could not produce a card. Please use caution when hiring people referred from out of state. I demand full refund of $650 for deposit and urine test sold to me. They should not have billed for a test before it was done. They do not appear to be a mold test people and they do not look professional. They had no valid identification on them or on their vehicle and one appeared to be in desperate need of funds and a home.

Very useful and explained things in terms I could understand. Did not do anything that was not approved until he spoke to us. When the report was back from analysis, it was explained so we could understand it.
