Description of Work: The point is What did they DID NOT do and it went badly. | |An estimator came to my house, surveyed the job (painting 8 double hung small pain wooden windows and 10 casement windows and the soffit and trim of a 1920's bungalow). A contract was signed and then "radio silence". | |It turned out that the problem was that there should have been a test for lead before a contract was offered - and they kept dropping the ball on the lead testing - after going back and forth for three months trying to schedule the job, four days before they were supposed to begin there was finally a test for lead I was told that there was lead and they would not honor the contract at the agreed-upon price. | |At this point I was done and there was a mutual agreement to terminate the contract. | |I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Painters prepped all outside wood trim, performed minor repairs, and painted all trim and garage door. All work was professionally done by careful, accommodating personnel. They were prompt and completed all work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Mike's team repaired and primed, then painted the entire house exterior wood, including two courtyard gates. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. One of our neighbors asked about the job this morning, and my husband said it was an A Plus! We will definitely use them again and soon for some interior work.

Description of Work: Had the house, approximately 6,000 surface square feet, pressure washed, spray painted with elasomeric paint and back rolled. The crew led by Jerry was professional and did everything promised. Price was $2,000 less then another estimate for the exact same quality paint, pressure wash, stucco repair and back roll.

Description of Work: we had several leaks from skylights and two plumbing disasters that needing patch/paint. the estimation was done by mike who looked at what we wanted done, did the calculation on his IPAD and gave me a quote on the spot. when we decided to go with this group, the office coordiated by email for the days/times and the painters arrived exactly on time. they were professional, clean, and did a wonderful job. if you know EXACTLY where to look you could probably tell work was done but otherwise the paint/texture was a VERY good match.

Description of Work: Painted a hallway & 5 door jams/ replaced drywall on roof where leak was. It was easy to schedule the estimate and the job. All the employees were courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this company uses paint which does not leave a toxic smell; and he left me with the left-over paint for touch-ups. Both jobs came out great! I'll be referring my friends to them.
