Mr. Duran?s team is first class from all angles. Easy to talk too and no pressure to buy and recommended a system right for the house, a refreshing business. Time is important to me and MicroPure was always on time from the initial meeting to installation and clean up. They took their time to trouble and look for the right location and the installation was clean the system look like it was destined to be there. I cannot express my satisfaction with this company.

The existing water line, which had been in for years, hooked straight to the water pipe, not the RO system. Mike had to drill through the base of three kitchen cabinets to run the line. The floors on the cabinets were of different heights, making it harder to install. No problems with the new line at all. Mike initially rebuilt our water softener system, which the previous owners had stopped using when it broke. They simply bypassed the system. Mike got it up and running properly and later installed our reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. In addition, he comes by once a year to service the RO system. We are completely satisfied with his work.

The whole experience was informative and smooth from beginning to end. Even if I tried, I couldn't find one thing to complain about. Mike explained what I was experiencing, what caused it, what systems were available to combat it, and how they would fix the issues, permanently. He built my understanding so much and it was greatly appreciated. He followed up afterwards to ensure all was well and to answer any questions. It was worth every cent and I would not hesitate doing business with Micropure again! I would gladly recommend MicroPure to anyone looking for the service!

Wow! I can not say enough good things about Mike (the owner) and his company. Mike impressed me from the time he stepped into our home and continued to impress me throughout the entire process of installing our system. Our home was built in 1969 so he encountered some major challenges with installing our system. He jumped through all kinds of hoops to get the job done for us and in the end my wife and I are very satisfied customers. Mike was very professional and the service was outstanding. My house was plumed incorrectly Mike went ahead and installed the system correctly and did not charge for the extra installation that was required. I would recommend Micropure to any of my friends

It went fantastic. I called for an estimate and was able to set up an appointment for later in the week that worked with my schedule. After the estimate was completed, he even took a look at my water softener (from a competing company), and diagnosed the problem, but told me I would probably be better off calling them (the competitor) price-wise, to deal with the issue, as the parts are all proprietary. I appreciated that honesty -- that's good business in my book. I was able to schedule the installation of the r/o system for the following day, and today I'm drinking delicious water! Love it!

We met Mike at a home show and were very impressed with his knowledge of water treatment. When he came to our house to discuss our custom install we were equally impressed. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. On installation day, Mike and Veronica arrived promptly and spent the entire day installing our water softener and reverse osmosis system. The installation was done professionally and cleanly. When my husband came home he could not believe the caliber of his work. We have had the unit about 3 weeks and are completely thrilled with the product. Our skin is no longer dry and cracked. The white spots have disappeared from the showers, sinks, dishes etc. Our clothes come out of the dryer cleaner and softer. Our drinking water is so clean and pure it is incredible. After the installation, Mike saw 1 drop of water by the RO system. He has already come back to check on everything to make sure everything was running well. And it was. We know if we have any issues Mike will stand by his product and correct the problem. We feel the quality of the product and service for the money was excellent. We would highly recommend this company for your water softening needs.

I called Mike and he met my wife at our house within about an hour. He diagnosed the problem and got everything fixed up in no time. He also replace the membrane and straightened up some of the hoses while he was at it. He was very nice to my wife and our daughter. Mike is an honest and friendly guy and I will use his company for any RO or water softener problems.

Michael was very professional and answered all my questions. He was punctual and had the system installed in one day. I love the new water softening system. It is simple to put the inexpensive salt in the system once every several months, and I love not having the Culligan guy coming every 2 weeks to change out the tank and not having those monthly payments forever!

I had been installing my own reverse osmosis for years in different houses that I have owned. In this new house I got lazy and called for help. Boy, am I glad I did. First I have to say the quality of water from the RO was MUCH better than the one I had purchased from Sears. Next, it was a pleasure doing business with Mike. He got me in contact with a great contractor to fix the plumbing and replace the water heater, and I found that I was on the verge of a water heater disaster. Mike was punctual on the day of installation. The removal and new installation process was very professionally implemented. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Mike explained the settings on the new the new system. Mike and his assistant were polite and forthcoming with answers to my questions.

Excellent. We've used a series of plumbers/water softener companies over the years. Most water treatment companies have gone out of business over the past decade, and the general plumbers only do the water treatment as a sideline. Mike wanted to know what we knew, or had been told about our system and clarified our understanding of the systems. Since we'd been notified by our HOA that arsenic had been found in community well, our concerns were heightened and we wanted to be sure we were consulting a real pro. Excellent, prompt service, positive professional attitude. He will contact us in a year to schedule annual maintenance and filter change.

Mike Duran has twice serviced my water system. The first time was a comprehensive service after the unit had sat idle for about a year because a competing provider had told me that the unit was leaking and would need to be replaced in its entirety. Mike showed me that all that was required was for a gasket to be replaced and for the unit to be serviced. The second time Mike came out to replace a part in the meter unit. He used that service visit as an opportunity to train an assistant and didn't charge me for labor. In both cases I found Mike to be punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I had very hard well water that tasted horrible. I was constantly replacing faucets, fixtures and even the water heater. My clothes and towels felt like sand paper against the skin. I installed a softener and an R/O unit from the home warehouse. I thought I had saved money by doing it myself. They both failed in a year or less and ended up in the dump. Mike worked very hard installing his best softener and R/O unit . He came to work when promised and stayed late to get both units working. He went above and beyond what I thought would be required of a contractor, and I highly recommend Mike to anyone for your water needs.

Mr. Duran showed up exactly on time. He was professional and courteous. He spent about one hour servicing our water softener which had begun to leave white spots on sinks and shower doors. The unit had not been properly set up originally by another company. He was friendly and informative about the problem and solution. His price was fair and he seemed very honest and forthright.

I originally got MicroPure's name because they are a preferred carrier and installer of a water softener I was looking into. Mike the owner returned my call immediately and scheduled the estimate for the same day. He recommended the DE-scaling system since my condo is basically an apartment so is ideal for this type of system. He was very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. In fact, the magnets are inside walls so they can't even be seen and these never need maintenance. He did such a good job closing up and sealing the walls that it doesn't look like someone opened them up. And he even patched up some existing holes in my walls from me hanging pictures (badly). The installation even included two follow-up visits to drain my hot water heater of residual scale. In fact, I was so impressed I also had him install the Reverse Osmosis system under my kitchen sink. It looks fantastic because he went the extra length of finding a brushed stainless steel faucet to match my existing one. I love love love the job he did and now I have pure water to drink

I contacted Mike on a Saturday and he answered all my questions regarding the RO water system. We had an existing system my husband bought and installed himself. It was time to change the filters and it was a task we did not want to endure again. I wanted to see if we would be able to use our existing storage tank and water faucet. I was interested in a RO System with simple filter replacement. When I asked Mike all my questions, he was extremely knowledgable and had a can do attitude. We scheduled the installation for the following Friday. He was early for our appointment time and ready to go. He didn't mind at all that my husband and I watched him work, and took the time to answer all water softening and filter questions we had. The tank needed a little modification to work with the new RO system, and instead of convincing us to purchase a new tank, Mike took the extra time to make it work. He put the whole system together without leaks! We are very pleased with our new RO water system and are enjoying the taste and benefits of our filtered water.
