Micropure Water Conditioning

Everything went great, we are very happy with our new Puronics Hydronex system. We live in Albuquerque and have city water, which is notoriously hard and distasteful. After installation, it only took a few days for our water to taste and feel super clean, even better than bottled water, a delightful improvement that exceeded our expectations. Mike Duran was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The installers were also skilled and professional. Perhaps the best part of the entire experience was the straight forward out-the-door pricing. No annoying up-selling or haggling, just a all-inclusive number based on our specific needs, done and done.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how professional and experienced Mark was. He installed the RO system himself in my kitchen and attached it to my refrigerator so that my icemaker and water dispenser all had RO water. I love it. It's exactly what I wanted and he was $500. cheaper than "the big guys".....I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. He did the job quickly, neatly and on time. Mike Duran is fantastic, and I love my new Reverse Osmosis water system. He came out yesterday morning to check out an old system I had that wasn't working. It was basically defunct, and replacing parts would have cost as much as an entire new system, so I opted for that, obviously. Mike is prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and an overall great guy! You can't go wrong with him, and the pricing is excellent. Mike at Micropure will definitely be my go-to guy and company for all of my future water conditioning needs!

Mike and Veronica came out a few days before to look over the situation and give me an estimate of what they recommended doing. Our old water softener tank had several inches of dried-up potassium, clogging up the works. Mike did a very good job of explaining the whole thing to me and was very patient with my novice questions. He said that he could clean up our tank but that would cost almost as much as buying a new system. That was reasonable and convincing. So today, they came out and did the job - in half the time they had predicted it would take! They were also comfortable having our dogs around "helping" them, even though I was fully prepared to keep the dogs inside the house and out of their way. The whole experience was easy, quick, and very good. I recommend them highly.

Mr. Duran was very prompt and professional for the initial consultation. He thoroughly explained all my choices with the costs associated with each option. On the day of the installation, he was prompt, professional, neat, with very good attention to detail. He is extremely knowledgeable. When he completed the installation, he gave a full explanation regarding our system and assured us he would follow-up with annual tune-ups for the new system and an existing reverse osmosis system we already have. Having dealt with many service providers through out the country, I have not encountered someone so thorough and professional. I am recommending him to my own mother for his services.

Mike Duran came the day after I first called. He found the defective part in the old softener and explained my options to fix it or to replace it. I decided to replace the old one, which Mike immediatly did. All of this took only about 1.5 hours, only 0.5 hours with the water shut off. When an O-ring failed six days later, Mike had it fixed within something like four hours. Very professional! I would have no hesitation calling Micropure again and recommending their services to others.

We had to have a replacement water softener installed in our old home before we put it on the market and had it done by Mike and his wife at Micropure. We were so pleased with the value and service, we decided to have them install a "high end" system in our new home. We purchased a system guaranteed for 5 years that included state-of-the-art filtration/purification and chlorine removal. He made no attempt to "up-sell" us; we wanted a system that we could expect to last many years with very low maintenance. Mike and his wife showed up on time and took their time making sure we were aesthetically pleased with the plumbing before he finalized the installation. He was so proud of the job that he took pictures of the plumbing before putting insulation on the pipes. He tested the water quality, explained everything to us and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They were very respectful, professional and thorough. We love the soft water AND the water quality; showers are fun again and no more chlorine taste at all. We'd recommend them in a minute.

Mr Duran fulfills the highest standards both in professionalism and in quality of work. He bring the work place to your door along with his expertise. If only everyone stepping into your house cared about people the way he does and the way he represents his company. "Five stars" should be 10. The quality of work, the consideration and care, his standards, merit him and his company confidence in calling him when needed.

Before purchase Mike went over all the details concerning the product and the process. He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with making the purchase. Within two days we hare our water softener installed and ready to go. The installation team were very through and explained what they would be doing each step of the way. Anything they had to removed was placed back better than it came off. We would high recommend this company to any one looking for a water softener

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We had done a lot of research and ended up selecting MicroPure because of the excellent ratings for the Puronics System, and because MicroPure was highly rated on Angie's List. The overall price for the equipment and installation was very fair. Mr. Duran was very professional during the installation process, and he took the time to fully explain each step of the process. He also hauled away our old water system.

Mike did a very thorough and careful assessment of our house, including spending 30 minutes in our crawl space to make sure he gave us an accurate quote and offered the right product for our needs. I was familiar with water softener systems, so he skipped the sales demo and went right to answering my questions. Mike and Ryan arrived on-time for installation day and worked quickly and professionally through all the unique issues our older house offered up. They brought our water pressure to within specifications to protect not just the softener, but our other appliances. They made sure everything was to current code, and explained clearly to me why they needed to add a few items like an expansion tank and pressure regulator due to our city water pressure being so high and the age of our plumbing from the 1960s. In the end, Mike upgraded our system one level, which was a very welcome surprise. The system has been working great without any issues and I enjoy the soft water for many reasons. Mike has followed up a few times to check on the status of the system and make sure we haven't had any problems. They are very dedicated to customer service.

I found Micropure on Angie's List and picked them because they had great reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Mike came to the house, tested our water, We are on a well and our water was extremely hard. He never pushed us toward the most expensive system and told us honestly what his recommendations were based on our needs and wants. We set up a time for installation and he arrived on time with his crew. They were extremely professional and everything went exactly the way he described it would. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a wonderful water softener and RO system. We now have wonderfully soft water and water we can drink. I would highly recommend Mike and Micropure. I researched other systems but found this to be the best for the price.

Very professional; knew exactly what he was doing. Explained every step of the installation and why the old Kenmore failed. Did a lot of water testing and sampling to make sure all the settings were correct, and we have a transferrable warranty! Highly recommend Mike Duran and Micropure.

DID A GREAT INSTALLATION JOB, PLUMBER THAT MODIFIEDTHE CONNECTIONS REPLACED THE DRYWALL AND CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA. ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL

Prior to the installation all my questions and even some special requests were accommodated by being designed into the project. The installation team was timely and professional. They had the jobs all planned ahead of time so there was no wasted time or effort. We, the customers, were not inconvenienced in any way during the installation. The post-installation instructions for purging the new systems was thorough and easy to understand. Although we have not yet needed any post-installation services, I believe MicroPure's support after-the-sale will be excellent. They back their products and they have demonstrated they are available to answer questions at virtually any time. Should any component seem to not be working at optimum levels, they committed to check it. They will remind us when maintenance is due and, as the price for that support seems very reasonable, we will be using their service to keep our systems optimized for long life.

Mike and Veronica were prompt and very attentive to our problems. He made sure everything worked properly and that there were no leaks with the system. He replaced some of the existing longer hoses with shorter ones, to make the system more efficient.

I highly recommend Michael Duran and MicroPure!!! Mr. Duran came to my home exactly as scheduled, checked my water softener and RO systems and showed me everything he was doing as well as the results. No mysteries and right up-front with the maintenance my system needed to keep it in top working condition. He is knowledgeable, honest and very customer service oriented.

We had an 18 year old RO system that was badly corroded, leaked profusely, and no longer provided acceptable drinking water. I originally sent an e-mail to Mike Duran on a Sunday assuming he would call back on Monday. To our surprise he called back on Sunday and said he would be happy to come over and fix our problem that evening! Since it wasn't an emergency, we told him that the following week would be fine. He called on Monday and we scheduled for Wed. IWe are old geezers, but it's hard to decribe Mike without sounding like the cheering section at a winning basketball game!! Mike is very polite, well-mannered, efficient, professional,......... He tested our water and gave us options at to which way to go. Either replace various parts of our old system, or install a new system. The new system would cost approx. $100 more, but after 18 years, we decided to go with the new. Mike removed and installed the new system while his partner cleaned up as the work progressed. They were in and out in no time at all, everything was cleaned up, we have more room under our sink the way he installed the new system, and we are very happy with our new RO system. And, we are delighted that we fouind Mike! He's such a nice young man....he and his partner are absolutely charming. We would recommend Mike without hesitation.

I will provide an update after we move into the house and the actual work/install is complete but I have no reason to believe it will be nothing short of the very best from Mike and his team.

Great. Inspected water sofner and checked water hardness. Did not try to upsell me on anything- very straightforward which was appreciated. Gave some great advice as to how much salt to keep in the hopper and after starting a regen cycle, came back later to retest water. If you are going to go through the expense of a water sofner, it makes sense to have it inspected annually to make sure you are actually getting soft water. Will use them again.

Mike was very Professional service. Arrived on time, installed and upgraded my existing system moved from Virginia. Cleaned up after install. I highly recommend this company for your water purification needs.
