When he informed me that my reverse osmosis system is ancient and much less efficient, he was not pushy for installing a new one but informed me about the options. I decided to keep my old system for another year, and will contact MicroPure to install a new one next year.

Description of Work: Mike and Veronica installed an RO system and have us scheduled for yearly maintenance - changing filters, checking tank, sanitizing all systems. We have a well, and our water can be, at times, unpleasant., and is extremely hard. The system Mike installed solved all problems.

 + -1 moreThe installation (10/9/2015) went very well but two gaskets failed (in the connection to the external water supply) within the first year. Repairs were done promptly at no cost. A recent purchase of resin cleaner also went very smoothly. I have been very satisfied.

 + -1 moreI really don't know how to answer this. He came promptly on time, phoning before he came. Gave me his card when finished. Shook hands and left. He did all most all of of the work under the sink while I watched the weather channel. I don't know how he did it. He put in new lines. How does one improve on perfection?
Description of Work: Michael Duran did an overhaul of the water softener. He cleaned all of the parts, sterilized some, re-placed the faucet from one side of the steel sink to the other - left to right - replaced the two smaller filters, the larger one was ok. He was "Mr. T" clean bringing a large towel so there was no water on the floor. For this first visit he brought his truck to that he would be certain to to have all of the parts I might needed Michael worked steadily, professionally,no wasted time, and gave me the receipt filled out in full. No wonder he receives all As.
