Description of Work: Mike and Victoria's presentation was informative, I had a clear idea of the product specs, reliability, and all the details involved on an install. After getting all bids I knew MicroPure's Pureonics system was the a best water softener system and the best value for my dollar. The Install was professional and neatly done and as scheduled.

Description of Work: We had a drinking water purification system installed by Mike and Veronica. They are very friendly professional individuals that take great pride in their work and company. I appreciated the fact that they remained at my residence after installation for a little while to observe for water leaks, problems etc. Furthermore; Veronica made a follow-up call a few days later to make sure of our satisfaction with their product. They both emphasized that they are available for any problems; should some arise and do not hesitate to contact them. I would highly recommend them to anyone else interested in their products.

Description of Work: Trouble shoot a new RO I purchased online then replaced it and Mike did not try to replace it or upsell. I wanted local service and dependability so I chose to replace.. I wish I would have found Mike sooner but glad to have found him now. Great job and highly recommend for RO and softeners.

Description of Work: I purchased the Micropure water system in 2010 and the investment was pricey but well worth it. I have wonderful, soft, clean and delicious tasting water. I work with Doberman rescue and have 3 Dobrermans and a cat. All of them drink water like they never did before. People come to my house and drink water rather than soda. It just tastes so good. Others who have slept over, remark on how soft the shower feels against their skin. 3 years ago my water 'hardness' was off the charts and above the EPA levels of hardness for NM and TX.. I had appliances that were 4 years old and were being affected by the hardness of my water, My icemaker had to be replaced and I was worried about my washing machine and my dishwasher. All of my faucets had white hardened film that had to be constantly wiped off. After investing in the Micropure system, all of these problems were gone. It is amazing the difference it made in my everyday living. It is not a cheap system, but it lasts forever and delivers all of the promises made. Each year, they come to service and check the system and this care is well worth the nominal yearly fee. This system is one of the best investments that I made in my home. The people from Micropure are professional, friendly and sincere in their attempts to give you the best system for your home and the best yearly service to make sure your system delivers pure water for a lifetime..

Mike checked back with us each time over 3 months for timing of installation and did not pressure us at any time. When we were ready for installation, he was able to provide us with very little down and 0% interest financing. The installation went very smoothly and professionally.
