 + -1 moreWhen we decided to move from Albuquerque to Portland, we needed to sell our home, basically from afar. Michelle helped us with advice on what updates to do to our home of 25 years, and then after we had physically left the area, took care of the rest. It was a little nerve-wracking to know our home was empty and we needed to sell it, but she kept us at ease by providing us with updates and checking on our house when necessary. A year later, our rental property in Albuquerque became vacant, so we contacted her again, and went through the same process with her. Both times, she kept in constant contact with us, and explained everything we needed to know to feel secure about going through with the sales by phone and email. I would definitely recommend Michelle Smith.

Michelle also keeps an eye open for houses that we might be interested in ... even if we are not actively looking. I would (and have) recommend Michelle to ANYONE in the market to sell/purchase property!
