+ -1 moreBusiness is very unprofessional and very over priced. Contacted in for them to come out and my scheduled time was 2-4pm received a call at 3pm saying they will be here slightly after 4pm. I contacted in and left a voicemail at 5pm, and they did not show up until 6pm. Quote received was ridiculously high. Twice the national average nearly for the job, nearly 2x the cost for the same thermostat that can be picked up at best buy, $3850 for $1000 worth of material (which they say is because of labor but they already charged labor before). Then I contacted in for my parents as my parents are very old it is not eligible for a military discount even though its my parents house and the work is being done on my parents building. Very unprofessional and ridiculously overpriced.

+ -1 moreIt went great!! Gerald (the owner) came over and there was NO pressure or scare tactics. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Gerald got back to us in a day with a quote. Again, no pressure to buy from him. The work that Gerald and his guys did, was exceptional! Gerald didn’t leave our house until 7:30pm – he wanted to make sure we had heat! MGP Mechanical is a top-notch company that is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100 %.
