My wife contacted McDonald Electric due to an issue with our main electrical breaker, and I'm so glad she did. Mike definitely provides quality service at a reasonable price.

I talked to the man over the phone and said that he couldn't come till Monday next week. After an hour he was already on my doorstep which was contrary to what he said earlier but offered no explanation. He came in and told me that my house will catch fire before even looking at anything and made me feel uncomfortable. He made me doubt the people who worked before him. He was very unprofessional.

In the past we had contacted McDonald Electric, a well-established local business, with first-rate results. So, we called the owner, Mike McDonald, to resolve our recent electrical crisis. On his first visit, Mike evaluated the situation, and gave us an estimate at no charge. His professionalism and ability to assess the problem right there and then exceeded our expectations. He was very personable and answered all our questions. The following Monday (no long wait, which was greatly appreciated), he was back first thing in the morning, as scheduled. He and his assistant were punctual and efficient and delivered high-quality work as expected. It meant a lot to us that we could put our trust on Mike's knowledge and experience. He had the electric circuits restored in about two hours, all systems working, at a reasonable cost. His 10-year warranty was also a big plus. Most definitely, we would recommend him to friends and family.

We did not hire this company because the owner refused to provide a written estimate. When we insisted on having something in writing, he told us to call a different company to see how much they charged. I didn't understand why I should do this. He left when it became clear that we wouldn't pay for a $2500 job on a handshake.

Probably could not use them in the future unless my financial situation improves.

There service was overall good. The work was done quickly and efficiency. Overall he did a nice job.

Mike and his crew are prompt, friendly, courteous, fairly priced, and professional. I would not hesitate to use him again for any electrical job, large or small.
