Raimund McClain –the Best Architect I recently completed a long awaited dream of building my own music studio, designed by Raimund McClain. To begin with, Raimund was recommended to me by my landlord, who has a wide knowledge of architecture. From our first meeting, he displayed an approach that I believe people will find very rare and refreshing these days. He listened to me carefully, took time to understand my expectations and helped me define my needs. Then he reflected precisely my thoughts on his drawings while keeping an eye on the budget with absolutely no hidden fees. He never pushed his ideas or opinion on me and was extremely accommodating and sincere. His most distinguished quality was his ability to make suggestions on items that I had not even thought about. Originally, an outward studio-looking appearance was not a high priority, but he kindly taught me that it’s possible to make a beautiful studio without using any expensive, special materials. After a meeting, he sent me a letter to confirm what we had discussed. I must have sent him many emails. Despite his busy schedule, he always managed to answer my questions patiently in a timely fashion. He also recommended to me a great contractor (BASE Design + Construction) particularly for this project, and demonstrated his excellent ability as a team worker. Even after he finished drawing, Raimund has constantly been attentive to every step of the process to make sure everything was perfect. The end result is that I now have a functional and beautiful music studio. His professionalism and honest personality made this project very special. I cannot recommend McClain Architecture & Design Services highly enough to anyone looking for a sincere, reputable architectural design specialist.
