Great service, great guy, wonderful product.

The service was good, but it was not cheap. He did the job and did it properly. He brought it back when he said he was going to and he did good work. I don't remember the things he did as my wife was in charge. He took the stuff out of the house and brought it back. The main thing was television furniture that had gotten water on it. He improved the appearance, but I don't remember what the process was. He did some minor things to what was in the house too. I don't remember how much we spent. We would probably use him in the future unless we could find somebody who is just as good but cheaper.

He did not return calls when he said he would. When I finally called and got a specific appointment time, he did not show at the agreed time. I called to ask where he was and whether he would be by that day or reschedule, but only got voicemail and no callback. I am not inclined to continue pursuing him or to attempt to do business with him again.

I chose this company because of its recommendations on this list, and the high marks are well deserved. He offered the "good as new" or "functional/pretty good" repair and I chose the latter. I can't begin to imagine what the "good as new" would look like, because I had to hunt to find the break points on the "functional" repair!! He did just a fabulous job. Took a few months, but I was in no hurry - we took that bed out of our teen's room when this happened (permanently) and Jim knew it wasn't a rush job.

We had a small table damaged during our move. Jim looked at it and gave me an estimate that was also the final price. He explained to me what needed to be done and how long it would take. It was done when he said it would be.

AT FIRST, I WAS WORRIED THAT THEY WOULDN'T DO THE JOB CORRECTLY BUT THEY PROVED ME WRONG. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON IT AND IT LOOKS BETTER THAN EVER. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
