This was over at least a 3 month period: I had to cancel once, then she cancelled at least a couple of times. Then she called a couple of days before she was supposed to come, and told me she overbooked because of her price on Angie's List, and would not be able to honor my purchase. She told me to contact Angie's List for a refund, which I did.

She is very friendly, professional, and personable. I will definitely be calling her back when we are ready to have this service performed.

Another lady who works for one of the aerospace fields referred her to me. Her boss who makes six figures had her clean his house. Her name is Maria. She is absolutely phenomenal. She works only in Albuquerque area. She is so trust-worthy. She cleans like no one's business, and she doesn't stop. Some people go yak and clean the house; all they do is dust. She would say there is few stuff up there, and she would get them down. I couldn't even see them. She doesn't charge anything extra. She is so nice and wonderful. She is courteous and considerate. She listens to me. I was astounded. She works for solid 6-7 hours. She is always asking me questions. She would say she is going to do these things this time because this really needs it. She works for a detective. She works for Albuquerque Sheriffs and detective's house. She cleans their house too. They just give her key to their house. She is extremely trust-worthy. She is bilingual. She speaks English very well, even though her first language is Spanish. She is like having a family in the house cleaning. She treats my home, as if she treats her home. I told her that I don't know how to clean hardwood floors, and she said she knows how to do it. They look brand new. She scrubs baseboard. She scrubs windows, and they look like brand new. My house is 13 years old. She doesn't dust the blinds; she scrubs them with liquid inside and out.
