Description of Work: Margarito rebuilt a garden wall for us. He has done brick work and some yard work in the past and always does a good job for a very reasonaable price.

+ 0 moreDo buy the amount of rock and accessories they estimate. Do get the supplies they request ahead of time or they will be ahead of delivery. Helps if you keep a big jug of cold water for them in July. I did have to buy some extra items for them to complete the "extras" that I asked them to do. I also had to rent the Tiller in my name to tear out the old grass as they were working well outside the area of their regular suppliers. Being Disabled, I did not have to lift a finger, but if you use them, expect to buy all the materials yourself, they will haul items in and trash out. Was referred by a relative.
Description of Work: While I had to buy the rock and accessory items like Fabric and Metal stripping, the work was exceptional. He and his helper spread 26 tons of rock so fast that they had to wait for the second load to arrive (The Rock company could not believe that two men had done the first 13 tons in under 4 hours) They stuck to their estimate, but I had them do another $200 of yard cleanup and hedge trimming. They gladly hauled the yard trimmings and trash away at no extra charge. The yard has gotten many compliments. Work Ethic is beyond exceptional.
