+ -1 moreThis has been a horrible experience thus far. We are receiving less than half of the rent collected each month for unclear reasons. The charges for simple repairs or questions are insane and we can only imagine the Maddox group and the repair companies they work with are in cahoots and upcharge everything. We truly want to prevent anyone else from having the experience we are having.
Description of Work: Using Maddox Management LLC for property management. This is part of the Maddox Realtors group. We needed property management for our rental house as we are living out of town. The costs taken out each month have been exorbitant, the communication poor to non-existent, no return of phone calls after multiple attempts, and never runs any repairs by us, the homeowners. Frankly, we feel swindled.
