Description of Work: I signed up for the Big Deal to have my whole house re-stuccoed. I knew that the company was probably going to be very busy and that the project would take awhile. It did. It took about two weeks to get a color sample for regular stucco. When the project was scheduled about a month later, I was called the first day and told they were running behind on another project and they'd be out in two days. The power washing of the stucco left a bit of a mess which I cleaned up because the re-stucco work was not scheduled for another 10 days. The day it was to begin no one showed up. I ended up calling two times before I got a call from Frank. Frank apologized, but it was another two days before the crew came. I knew there would be damage to the plants around my house and there was. I had cut back some of myself, but more got trampled. Some of the trampling was a result of plants being in the path to the walls, not near them. I'm hoping most of the plants bounce back next spring. he crew was nice but clearly their focus was on doing the work quickly and I do get that. The final cleanup was pretty good.

Description of Work: Mr. Frank Lujan came to my house to measure and look at house for potential stucco job. Frank was running just a little late but did call me and let me know he would be late. He measured the house and took a good look at what was going on and gave me a bid. I would have accepted the bid but I have had to put this off for a while due to a family situation.

Description of Work: Lujan & Sons Construction came out last week to give me a quote to replace the stucco on my house.

Description of Work: Rebuild of parapet roof completed in one day, no litter left, project looks fine. We plan to use Lujan again in Fall, will recommend them to all who ask.

Description of Work: They stuccoed my entire house and did roof maintenance on my house. On the stucco they give me a 10 year warranty. They did an excellent job. I would use them again and I planned on having them inspect my roof every year. Their price was a little higher than others, however I feel like they did more than other bidders.

Description of Work: Left original message to have someone come to home to look at job. Never received a call back. Called again, since my contractor recommended them to me. This time someone picked up and scheduled an appointment. One of the sons, I assume, came to our home and said they would have a bid for the job the following day before noon. Never received a bid the following day. I called business again that evening and left a detailed message. Never heard back. Called again the following afternoon and left again my phone numbers and email address. Never received a call back, email or bid. It is now 3 days since last left message and 4 days since I was told I would receive a bid!

Description of Work: Lujan and Sons were very professional and performed the work on my house to a high standard. Frank worked with me on all aspects of the job. I met with one of the brothers and Frank everyday they were on my jobsite. As with any remodel, stucco and roofing job, there were things that were discovered that were not expected. Frank Lujan was very fair in dealing with any newly found problems and did not overcharge for any of those items. Don't get me wrong, they were not cheap but the workmanship is very impressive. My suggestion to anyone having a large job performed is to work on a daily basis with the contractor and let your concerns be known. I did and Lujan and Sons were great about dealing with all concerns that arose. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any Stucco, Roof or General Construction work completed.
