This is the worst experience I have had dealing with any contractor. He quoted $350 labor + cost of parts to repair 2 leaking sprinkler vales. We had a verbal agreement to replace the valves, and check the remaining system for leaks at that time he was advised if any other repairs were needed to let us know what cost would be involved before repairing it. He started work at 9.45AM to repair the sprinkler valve, after about an hour into the job he said he had to leave and would return at 4:30 PM. He arrived back at 4:30PM to finish the repair and check the remaining system for leaks were done by 6:45PM. He gave us a total bill of $1102.43 of which $825 was labor. Upon questioning why his was charging us 2 � times the initial estimate and $825 labor rate for 4 hours of work he laughed at us and to us its per job basis he has no set labor rate. I find this practice to be unethical and disgrace to the other contractors who are honest. I will never have this company back for any future repairs nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I know this guy ripped us off and pray his work holds up so I do not have to get someone else to redo the job.

He showed up exactly when he said he would. Completed the job within an hour. Had all the parts he needed when he arrived. Was careful to keep the house clean as he walked through. Explained the process he did, and where the problem was, and where future problems may occur. Gave suggestions to avert future problems.
