He replaced the control box and attached part of the drip system in my small yard. He charged 2x his estimate, then left, never having checked to see if the rest of the plants were on the watering system. When called back, he refused to install the rest without more money and left.

charged me almost $500 and what he did was illegal according to other professionals. ended up doing job myself. it took a weekend into the following week to get the job completed.

Over-priced charged me $99.00 for an estimate he was here 15 minutes then the job took 1 hour and charged me 250. That is ridiculous. The quality of work was good and he arrived on time. I feel he took advantage, just my opinion.

The contractor (owner) came promptly, but cut a very messy hole in the ceiling over my shower, where water was leaking. I was asked to help locate the leak! The leak was on the same PVC line and exactly like one I had repaired in March 2020, where I was charged $318. Lobo charged me $675. Since it's a smaller firm than the previous high-overhead large contractor, I expected to pay less. I was agreeable to pay $400, so I asked for a partial refund of $275 to take the net cost to $400. The owner refused. Finally, he had B.O.

I am feeling very ripped off. I asked for a free estimate on some work at my house, and they said they would provide that. They neglected to tell me that if the workman took his hands out of his pockets, I had to pay. They also did not tell the workman. I was in a work meeting at the time he came, so my husband took him to the bathroom to show him. The workman did very little, but did take his hands out of his pocket and I had to pay $110 + tax! Ripped off! He did not even have to unclog the drain. he said that would be $150 more! The manager/ owner refused to refund me. I want to COMPLAIN!!!!! If this is the kind of outfit you recommend, I am never using Home Advisor again!

Robert is efficient, experienced, and professional. He has been out to my house several times for various jobs. He's my plumbing expert, and I will use him again.

Real friendly, smooth talker, I thought I made a friend until I saw the bill. Over $900 dollars to: 1) Replace a Moen shower cartridge and 2) Re-attach two 3/4 hoses to my water softener and reset the units computer. GET FIRM PRICES BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS CREATURE. BETTER YET- DON'T DEAL WITH HIM.

they came in with a bid of $150-$175 and charged me $403. Gave me no warning or anything. I would recommend that you not use these guys.

True professional service and highly personable. Upon inspection, Robert W. knew exactly what was needed to make repairs and gave a fair estimate. Arrived promptly the next morning and did the whole job quickly including adjusting sprinkler heads to save water, and reprogramming the system after finding the electrical was hooked up wrong! I have learned that if I had called a licensed professional last summer I would have saved so much time, money, and water. LOBO has all my business from now on.
