I found him to be very unprofessional and he made a big mess of my stucco left the faucet on an angle that I can barely cleared the stucco he was very disrespectful to me and charge an additional $100 separately from the previous quote

**Always check if licensed. **Special license needed for irrigation systems. We had 2 companies recommended by another Home company in 2019 (1st was unlicensed, and didn't stay til job was finished; 2nd did so-so job to upgrade some of what wasn't done by #1). Robert (Lobo plumbing AND irrigation) came out in a day (we had a split line that needed to be fixed asap); walked with us thru what we thot was needed. He started immediately and pointed out a number of things that had not been done correctly and fixed everything. Didn't charge an arm and a leg and was very personable. Would definitely use him again.

My leak was fixed but I was told I needed to replace the valve handle, to call a plumber! He WAS a plumber and I will not pay another service call I also was not told of the expensive **after hours** (an early Saturday afternoon) surcharge.

Robert was wonderful. He responded to my request on a Saturday night within 5 minutes of my posting on Angie's list. He was able to come give an estimate and start the project all within 48 hours. He did an excellent job of updating me on the details on what the project entailed. His evaluated the project in a thorough manner and was comprehensive in his approach to my 40 year old sprinkler system. He not only performed an excellent job but gave me options as he got further into the project. I would DEFINITELY hire him again. In addition to his detailed work his communication was the best I have seen. Definitely a great company!

Simple job done well only 1/2 work cost cost $200. I would not recommend because of cost.

A fraud. His business is plumbing and sprinkler repair. I had a small leak in a sprinkler hose and needed my older Rain Bird sprinkler timer reprogrammed since I had turned it off during the leak. He fixed the leak but had a hard time reprogramming the timer. Wanted to sell me an Orbit timer but did not have it with him. Took a little less than an hour but charged me DOUBLE his estimate because of parts; for a four inch break in the !ine. He knew there was a leak when he made the estimate. Then it turned out the timer did not work but he would not come to fix it but offered an exorbitant price to sell me me a new timer with installation. I called my old gardener who could barely speak English and he fixed the timer in 5 minutes.

Did not connect some of the large plants that were part of the area to be covered. Used old valve so it leaks slightly when the water is on. I can fix most of the issues myself and I will do that. I will hire another plumber to redo the main valve after I have time to dig out the rest of the main valve so that the entire issue can be addressed. I paid for the valve repair and also paid for the sprinkler installation. Was on time and friendly.

Representative arrived early. Determined what the project would entail. Quickly and efficiently fixed said issue. Very pleased with service. Will call on Lobo Plumbing again should the need arise.

Do not believe his words or oral estimate because his invoice was over three times higher. AVOID!

Beware of using this company. They are scammers and grossly overcharge for their poor performance.

I was very appreciative that Lobo Plumbing came out quickly to do an estimate. But, they gave me one estimate verbally, a more expensive one in writing, and a final bill of an additional $100.00. The explanation was that the repair involved an electrical issue. And then Robert told me at the last minute that he couldnâ t come that day and would have to come out three days later. I had worked my whole schedule around the repair. And then the day of the repair, Robert said he would have to go get a part and I thought he would return the same day, but found out it would be the next day, which meant I had to rearrange my whole schedule again. In the end, the repair appears to be ok, but I wish Iâ d known about the potential for a more expensive repair and a possible last minute cancellation and delays. That may have affected my decision to hire them. Thank you.

Robert was knowledgeable and diligent because my entire sprinkler system was old and a mess. He returned to make adjustments and I will hire him again when I have another project for him. He was just wonderful.

I needed help in a hurry, and the big sprinkler companies couldnâ t get to me until July. Lobo was there the day after I called, on time, and worked with my concrete contractor to a sure that my sprinkler line was not crushed during concrete work. Robert changed mySprinkler control panel to one that was user-friendly,

I was so excited that they were able to come out the same day that I called to fix two leaks in my sprinkler system. He was on time and very very nice and highly recommend them.

Had an issue with my drip system. Lobo Plumbing came out quickly and fixed a stuck valve. After casually mentioning the dead plants the gentleman told me that they take care of that too so I hired them to replace the Landscaping which was done within 3 days. He worked through pretty steady rain shower dug the holes planted all the plants make sure that the drip heads were properly placed make sure that my sprinklers were operating properly and the two timers were set properly. Overall a great experience. Price was a bit higher than I expected but since I did not even have to purchase the plants I found it reasonable.
