He arrived 45 minutes early, very pleasant man. Was kind and courteous and used my name throughout. Had the knowledge and tools to do the job quickly and properly. I would definitely recommend him to family or friends as a reliable plumber.

He was not equipped to handle the job and called another service in to fix the clog. They fixed it in less than 30 minutes. got charged by them and Rob. Rob charged me more than the other company..I was told it was $150.00 for the first hour, he ended charging me $356..more than two guys from the other service were. nice guys but would not recommend Rob to any one else. sorry.

Rob was excellent. He was at our house within 45 minutes of getting on the website, and had the problem fixed quickly. I will definitely use him again.

151.00 dollars and my tub is still clogged. If the problem was not solved, i believe he should have a minimal charge for such cases. Fact is, I still have a plugged tub and am out 150.00 dollars. Oh well, lesson learned.

Rob Wilson of Lobo Lawn of NM, fully and completely explained what he was doing, what the problem was and he did all he could to fix the problem. He also left asking me to follow up with him in a few weeks regarding any potential leakage which I am sure, If I discover any, he will promptly take care of the problem. I really feel as if he was interested in solving the leakage problem, discovered the problem and worked hard fix it.. He was also on time, responded almost immediately to my initial call and was reliable.

After spending $537 to fix the swamp cooler, he tells us it will have to be replaced by next year. Should he not have told us that BEFORE we spent that money????? Very displeased.

The appointment was fr 10:00am. He was at my house at 9:35am. I explained what I needed done and he got started. No only did he fix the sprinkler leak hwe reset my automatic sprinkler system and correct the manual key for the system. He cleaned up before he left and did one fantastic job.

Robert charges by the job. He showed up on a Saturday and went right to work without giving me an estimate. He seemed to have good experience, was likeable, and did a good job of capping and swapping out sprinkler nozzles as necessary to increase my pressure and coverage. My only gripe is that he replaced the nozzles with brown ones that don't match the existing black bodies. After around 2 hours of work he charged me $300 labor plus parts and tax added up to a total of $430. I felt very annoyed that he hadn't given me an estimate up front and was now charging me effectively $150/hr plus $130 in sprinkler parts. Worth it? Tough to say...

Is ok but I was expect the job will be done for the price of $375 which he drain 24 inch wrench, and remove washing machine drain hose snake with 35foot long , snake vent on roof , no snags and at the end the water still backing up when I use the washer machine. So the problem still their!
