Good follow through and even came out on a Holiday to give me an estimate.

Work was appropriate.

I was disappointed with his very high fees which were almost $2,000 for repairing the electrical systems and replacing some sprinkler heads. I do not mind paying high fees if its for good quality work and if he is willing to come back to fix any problems with his work. He had agreed that he would backup his work. But when I called him to adjust the sprinklers that were spraying my sidewalks, stucco and colored gravel, he wanted to charge for one-half hour work instead of honoring his guarantee which he had stated he would do. He also said that if I called him again he was going to charge me which was not in line with his guarantee. When I said I would not call him again he stated I did not think so. I work to make money! I really expected more professionalism from him.

He just changed out a shutoff valve and stopped a leak on another shutoff valve and he stopped a leak on the toilet. It took him about an hour. I thought the pricing was very high for just an hour of work. My sister and I could have done the job ourselves if we had not been so busy with work. I never expected the bill to be almost $400.00. This is an outrageous amount of money for the work he did.

He did not have all the parts needed on the truck. Trips to Albuquerque made the Final Bill very expensive.

Quick service

They were FAST! Our dog decided to chew up the tubes to our sprinkler system and they repaired all the tubes so quick. They came out next day to fix it. It was inexpensive! Highly recommend!

He was friendly, courteous and prompt. He stands by his work and was very knowledgeable.

Robert showed up the day I called, quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaky irrigation system and fixed the leaks and the underlying issues. I only wish I had called him earlier. Very knowledgeable, efficient and patient and I highly recommend him and his business.

I think he overcharged us for the job that he did.

Great service and explained everything, would hire again

He quoted a price of $1,000. Before he started he wanted $500.00 which I paid him. Last Friday he wanted to be paid $931.27 for the work he had done which I paid him, even though he left hoses exposed and a trench not filled in. There needs to have additional drips put in. I never experienced a business giving a second quote for the remainder of a job. He came by this A.M. and quoted an additional $1,500.00 to finish the job. I told him I had to get other bids. I need someone to finish the job. I feel a partial refund is in order from him. Any help you could give would be appreciated. I am afraid of retribution for reporting this. Elizabeth H.

Expensive, but I blame that on inflation, not the company. Responded within an hour or so.

Robert showed up and did two hours of work but asked for a $350 down payment which I paid. He said he would be back but since I have been taken advantage of by two prior companies I immediately stopped payment on the check. I also immediately called Robert to explain that I absolutely owed him for the work he did for two hours at my home but that was not worth $350. If and when he comes back I will pay him for the work at that time and also that I will pay a reasonable amount for 2 hrs of work today. He could not understand why I did not want to pay for labor services in advance. Was so irritated about my stop payment which I said I would pay all expenses for. Accused me of hiring but not wanting to pay which is not the case at all and became increasingly angry. I will pay a fair price for services received but will not pay for services in advance. That is not unrealistic.

Very quick to respond and able to complete service required however I thought the cost was a bit high for minor sprinkler service.

Too expensive!

He was very nice and responsive. However, he showed up to my house without his truck or tools and thus could not diagnose or fix any of the problems I hired him to do. I paid him the agreed upon price for the visit but I though that would include actually resolving the plumbing problem for which i hired him. He will not be coming back and I cannot recommend Lobo plumbing based on my experience. If you do decide to hire Lobo, I recommend you get exactly what you expect to happen in a written quote. Good practice in any project but I feel like I was taken advantage of in this instance.
