Work done well ahead of schedule. Additional problem found and fixed quickly.

I had a difficult problem with major underground pipe break, He found a work around pretty quickly and we were able to get the system working again. He also installed a drain line so that I can drain the system before winter to prevent future occurrence. He knew what he was doing and was easy to work with. However, he didn't tell me his rates up front and I was shocked by the bill. I know digging holes and doing plumbing is difficult, dirty work, but I can't see how it added up. The bill also doesn't break down the labor hours.

They called in advance to let us know they were running late. Came the next day on the time specified

they had called me and was at my home within an hour and half told wha i neede done and he got my swamp cooler up and running in no time i will be using them when its time to shut my swamp cooler down in the winter

Good customer service

He arrived on time, he wore plastic booties to protect the house against tracked in dirt, he had the part on his truck, he performed the work efficiently but took his time to do it right. Both spaces were very tight and cluttered with a lot of knack knacks and supplies. He mover the clutter carefully and more or less put it back where it was originally. There was a little dirt left on one floor from the repair, but otherwise no complaints. i will call him again in the future. Overall i would give him an excellent rating.

Don't use him

Very quick response to my issue and gave a good estimate of the cost. Arrived promptly at the scheduled time and fixed the pipe without any drama. Work was done as quickly as possible and I am very satisfied with their work.
