Arrived on time. Friendly. Completed repair quickly.

He arrived early and got the job done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I was very pleased.

He overcharged the quoted amount by 3 x's... And didn't get the job done. Used the home owner as laborer, without pay or consideration that maybe he had other things to do than run around as laborer for this man. Didn't even ask.. just barked out orders.. He Left big mess and damaged walls, didn't repair. Charged my clients CC for outrageous amount and when questioned..We were threatened with lawyers involvement. Very rude over the phone and texts too.. since our communication was all done by phone. Very disappointed over this transaction. !! Had to hire another plumbing company to get the job completed correctly.

The work performed was excellent. This is clearly a highly experienced professional and knows his work well. I was pretty unhappy with the final cost, however. I asked two other professionals experienced in this kind of work and they said that although the price charged was a little on the high end, it was not unreasonable. I should also mention that only first-rate components were used in this work, and that clearly will add to the price. My gripe, therefore, is not on the price, but on the fact that it was nearly twice the original estimate. To be honest, I did ask Mr. Wilson to do work not covered by the original estimate. While excavating for the water line, two leaking sprinkler valves were uncovered. I asked him to replace these while he was at it. If his original estimate was correct, the replacement of these two valves cost about $3,000!!! So, here's the deal. You can expect beautiful craftsmanship from Lobo Plumbing and you will be dealing with a real professional. But, be sure you have a good idea of the final cost of the project before you proceed. Come to think of it, this is probably good advice no matter who you hire.

I was quoted a good price if the job took two hours. Instead, it took less than an hour and the gentleman could not find all the drip heads. He also set the timer to the wrong time of day. I won't be using him again.

On time and efficient.

Arrived late for the job. Quoted me less the $60-$70 to clear the drain in a bathroom sink. Unable to clear the drain, broke the collar connecting P-trap to drain pipe into wall. Reconnected everything with broken collar. Sink leaks which it did not do before. Presented an invoice for $205.56 when leaving. Attitude was surly.

Nice, Professional. Showed up early which was great by me. Only down side is he didn't have his own hose to wash out my swamp cooler.

They called within a minute of going online and were here the next day, as my problem was not an emergency.

Do not hire this company! Did not give me a written estimate, and only gave me an oral estimate when asked. Took him 3 visits to my house to replace 3 old bathroom fixtures with new ones. His final bill was $100+ ($700+) than his oral estimate of $600. I feel I was completely ripped off.

Arrived on time and found the problem and fixed it quickly after going out to get the part he needed.

The final total was higher then what was quoted, but other then that I was completely satisfied. Rob was curteous and professional.

Good Communication from the plumber. Called right away after the selection on Home Advisor, and made appointment. Showed up on time, and worked steady until project was completed

He knew I was in pinch and charged me for it. He charged me almost $200 for less than five minutes of work gave me his card and said call me direct next time Home Advisor charges money.
