Arrived EARLY. Extremely professional and proficient. Sprinkler system was a mess from the controller to the valve connections. Very patient in sorting out the wiring mess and solving power and equipment issues. I will continue to use him for ALL OF MY PLUMBING NEEDS. Thank you.

Needed our toilet fixed and he had everything fixed quickly within 2-3 hours. Very polite, courteous guy and we would definitely hire him again.

Other than thinking--without doing comparison shopping--that his fees were a bit high, I was quite pleased with his work. He carefully explained what he was doing, and had some better suggestions to improve on what I thought I wanted. And he was comfortable to have around the property.

Not very friendly and track a lot dirt into my house. Didn?t have the right tools for the project.

Tacked on 90$ emergency surcharge without informing me. I didn't know about it until I got the bill at the end.

Very nice person. Figured out problem quickly and fixed it.

They charged me $134 for a “service charge” that included them coming out for only 20 minutes to tell me to just wait for a few week and it should start working again. I had to call another company who came out for 1 hour and diagnosed loose wires and repaired them for $95.00.

Prompt in coming out to my home to evaluate my problem. Determined that the hot water heater was not leaking, and at this point still functioned properly. No charge for the visit

Repair was complicated by rust and corrosion on pipe connection for new exterior faucet. Required more time and removal of stucco surrounding piping.

I felt the cost was a little high, but was satisfied with everything else.

Was able to get to my house the morning after I requested service and fixed the problems we were having with our sprinklers.

I chose Lobo Plumbing to help clear a drain and we set an appointment, he called just before he was supposed to arrive to let me know he was going to be late, which I was ok with as I understand things come up. I had to call him an hour and a half later as I was on a time limit and he was aware of that. He said that he would be there in 10-15 minutes so I told him that I couldn't wait any longer. He laughed and hung up, so I felt I needed to let people know what happened.

I had an elusive drip system leak and Rob quickly identified the problem and had it completely repaired within a couple hours - the leak was under a concrete patio so it was not a simple problem. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and took precautions to minimize recurrence of the problem. This is my 2nd interaction with Lobo and they are definitely on my favorites and referral lists.

Rob was very prompt and courteous. He obviously knew what he was doing. He was able to find the right parts for my old faucets even though the stores were already closing on a Saturday. He took the time to do an additional job for me at the end beyond what I initially requested.

Called before I scheduled an appointment to inquire about the estimate fee. I was told it is a free estimate. I had water coming up through my bathroom floor. I suspected maybe outside water faucet could be the problem, as the faucet was protruding from the wall and is right outside the bathroom. Rob looked at the faucet, bathroom floor, the upstairs bathroom (which had no issues) said he had no idea and suggested we call a leak detector company. He merely looked around did no work and then charged us $89.50 plus tax. Remember I was told this would be a free estimate, that is why I booked this company right away. This was a complete waste of time and money. Will not use again or recommend to anyone.

I went up and own the ladder 20+ times.He spent, no joke, more than an hour on the phone with samons and another person. I could have done that. Paid a weekend premium rate as well. I will never used this service again.

Cleaned up everything when he was done. Excellent service.

He arrived on time and answered all questions thoroughly.. I did think the price was higher than I expected, given Lowes charge is $99 plus the cost for distance to Moriarty ($30)..

Absolutely wonderful. NO HASSLE. ON time and dependable. He is my "go to" plumber. Thank you.
