I feel Lobo Plumbing charged too much for his hourly fee. He charged me for the time it took him to get to my place. Unfair

218 dollars and change for 30 minutes of work! Lobo plumbing committed to be at my house at 9am today. Called late and said he would be there within 1/2 hour. Never showed up. Then 1pm he leaves a vm and text that he will be there in 30 minutes. I show up at 1:30, he called and said he is moving on to another project. He could come by on Saturday or next week. I told him no. that I have my dogs in the house so he wont have to worry about them. He comes back and does the job in 30 minutes then charges me 218 dollar for 30 minutes. Said he had to pay home adviser 20 bucks that is why it was over 200 dollars. I would not use him again for his price is way out of line and his inability to keep a time line.

Replaced our garbage disposal. Was able to make an emergency service call in less than an hour

$800.00 for one man for 4hrs work with no parts is expensive.

I think the job was very expensive considering that it needed no repair. The fee just to show up was $100.

They fixed my swamp cooler but we're not very helpful in answering all my other questions.

Response time and work time were speedy. Good communication, came at the time scheduled. Price seemed a bit high, but I suppose it was not out of line for a professional job.

this man came out right away and traveled far and i know now why he did, he probably does not have many clients. He charged me over $1000.00 for a 4 hour job. He had a young man doing all the digging and i talked to the young man and he said he was getting paid by Labor Max and this guy does not pay him anything. Then the guy said well there were two of us working on it and we had to dig under a sidewalk and about 4 foot of dirt. My husband had already dug some. When he found the leak he just put adhesive on it and i pray it does not leak again. I told him i think his price was way too high. I also told him other plumbers charge about 100 an hour, never would i believe i would get charged this much. I believe i will call the better business bureau because he was WAY OVER ON CHARGES. I live and learn and KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME! WATCH OUT FOR THIS MAN.

After 180,00 the drain was still, clogged and the tech. Said maybe call TLC and see if they could fix the problem.

Very professional and availability was great! Able to come the next day for service.

Buyer beware. Do not hire this man. Rob is unprofessional and overpriced, and leaves a mess when he is finished. Does not do a thorough job. He was replacing a faucet in the bathtub. It was too short and the water is now hitting the rim of the bathtub instead of going into the tub. This makes it impossible to bathe.

The gentle man was delightful. Although he had not to have to do any physical repairs to my irrigation system he was informative and could explain things very well. He is pricey, since it involved no labor however I would hire him again if I had any more issues

He was on time, had all tools and parts available in his service truck. He was familiar and experienced with my old sprinkler system and fixed it, tested it and instructed me on how best use it, all within one hour. His charge was most reasonable. He is the greatest. Thank you.

He worked for 2 hrs, replaced 3 valves an charged me $440!!

I asked for an estimate. I had not been able to use drip system for two years. He replaced one or two drip ends; two or three plugs...charge$29.00 supplies. Turned on water and reset monitor on wall... total charge $169.00. That was bad enough...day after he was here...puddle in yard from leak. He told me he had to charge more since I had gone through Home Advisor. I wasn t about to call him back to fix leak...that would have cost thousands, I m afraid. So I am back to hand watering. No I would not recommend this company. I m sorry I called him!

The invoice came out more than $50 higher than the high estimate. The water level was set too high and overflowed. They came back and set the level so low it didn t work. The comment was That s as good as it s gonna get . I finally fixed it myself.

Arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and professional. Evaluated current drip system and - most importantly - reprogrammed the controller to work correctly. Would recommend his service.

Pricey, but he did the work. Showed up early, which isn't always good when you're trying to adhere to a tight schedule.

He did a good thorough job and double and triple checked everything. He has to come back because he missed an area where I wanted sprinklers. He found leaks in the valves and fixed them, too. Great service
