He quoted me a cost of $200-$250 but charged me $313.00 with no explanation. Bad business practice. Bait and switch, essentially.

Robert was the gentleman that came to my house and was able to fix out sprinkler system that hadn t been working properly for a number of years. I am definitely not mechanically inclined but he was very kind and courteous and didn t treat me like the imbecile that I am. I believe that the cost for these repairs was fair for what needed to be done.

I had company, and water was spraying out of the clean up line. I was desperate, and when he said he would snake the line, I did not ask for an estimate, It was from the front of the house to the street, and took about an hour. He charged me 400 dollars, and I just paid him like an idiot, It seemed like it worked, About a month later, it happened again, He said it had been too long, but for another 99 dollars he would snake it again, This time, it did not work, He told me to call someone with a Camera. I did, and was told that the tar paper pipe had deteriorated. So, I paid 500 dollars to have the problem not fixed. His big XXXXX is that he has to pay Home Adviser, and that is why he has to charge so much money. He calls first, and comes quick, and leaves pretty quickly as well. Do not ever hire this man. I now have to replace the pipe, which is a big job. I got a quote for 2000 dollars. After paying 500 dollars to get nothing fixed. This man preys on your anxiety. I do not know why home adviser recommends this man. A nightmare from Hell. Especially now.

The plumber came over right away when others were not available, or had to come "after hours" at a $200 up charge. The work was completed quickly, on budget. We would definitely call them again.

The price he was not willing to work with me the price was a little 20% higher than he told me.

We needed an emergency drain clean out. Lobo said he would be here within 30 minutes which he was. He cleaned the drain quickly and thoroughly.

Rob called immediately after I d requested help and showed up on time for both the quote and to start the job. Even though it was very cold he got to work and didn t stop until he had finished the job. He was easy to talk with and as I observed him working it was obvious he d done this kind of repair before.

This guy showed up late and never called to let me know he was going to be late. For the work provided his charge for services was totally out of hand! I even had to supply him with my own sprinkler heads! Will not use this guy again.

Lobo plumbing called me minutes from my submission to Home Advisor. Set up appointment for following morning. He arrived promptly, we discussed the issue and possible price range. Problem was discovered within 15 minutes, spare part was available and repair was made.

The gentleman arrived on time. I thought I was going to get an estimate, but before I knew it he replaced 3 sprinkler heads. I went outside to ask for the estimate, but he had already fixed sprinklers. I had no choice but to pay for his time and work. The charge was extreme for 45 minutes. $190 for labor and $35 for parts. I was shocked but I paid.

He used a used faucet he had in the trunk and I think he overcharged me

Timely service to repair/ replace drip lines in yard. They came or within 2 days of my call and had everything done 2 days later.

Prompt and professional but very expensive.

Lobo plumbing fixed multiple sprinkler heads and a drip irrigation system that had been eaten by a dog. They showed up on a holiday and quickly repaired the entire system within two hours. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They were pretty expensive but did fantastic work getting my sprinkler system up and running again.

Was able to get to our job very fast. Had what he needed to do the work.
