Response from Libo Electric Inc
I'm sorry you were not satisfied with my services and shocked at your unfair rating. My entire reputation with Angie's List is based on the reviews and I have a solid A rating. It's such a shame you feel the need to ruin my reputation with such a horrible rating. You purchased a Big Deal for up to 2 hours of electrical work including a GFCI consultation. You wanted your service panel labeled, a wall switch timer checked, some lights installed and your master bath GFCI checked because it was tripping. I started with the service panel labeling which I completed with your help. I made notes on blue tape and left them with you because you were going to make pretty labels for the panel. When I approached the 2 hour mark, you agreed to keep going so I worked an extra hour and set an appointment to come back and finish in an additional hour. I needed more material and had other service calls so coming back was perfectly fine. The light install went fine and you were happy. You told me to purchase a new timer and bring it to the next appointment. On the second appointment, was supposed to take an hour to install a timer and one GFCI. It took 2 hours which you received a free hour. I confirmed that the timer you had seemed to be working fine, reset it and asked that you monitor it and let me know if it was operating correctly. There was an issue with the GFCI in the master bath connected with the guest bath GFCI's so you agreed to let me put a GFCI in 4 locations. For some unknown reason, the GFCI would not work properly by itself but the GFCI's worked fine after the install. When I left you were pleased and satisfied. A few days later you called me and were unhappy with the service panel labeling and were confused about the wall switch timer not working properly. I made an appointment with you and came out to fix the problem. You didn't think you should have to assist me since you were paying for my services so I did this service call alone. I checked every circuit breaker, every light and plug and made a list for you and you agreed it was fine. I removed the blue tape from the panels. I checked the timer and it was on and in the correct mode. I did notice that the operating instructions specifically states that a CFL bulb cannot be used with this timer and you have these bulbs in place. You had mentioned earlier that your neighbor had helped you with the timer and tried to reset it. Again, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied but I made an attempt to satisfy you. I spent 3 extra hours trying to make things right with you.
