I spoke to Victor, the owner and operator of this company. I explained to him that I needed a professional opinion on some electrical work that a home inspector pointed out. He was able to provide me an estimate from photos that I texted to him, which I thought was extremely convenient and saved an extra trip to my house. He arrived on time and explained to me his analysis throughout the entire time he was here. Because I got such a good vibe from him, I would not hesitate to do business with him again. His professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness compels me to recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

Great. The 13 year old smoke detectors (1 on 1st floor, 5 on 2nd, linked in a wiring chain) installed when the house was built had always been problematic, randomly alarming and depleting batteries in a few months. After they all alarmed at 3 in the morning, we had enough. Victor diagnosed and, as the units work in a synchronized way where the state of one effects all of the others, recommended replacement of newer and better, though certainly not expensive, units to which we agreed. As Victor's expertise is so extensive, we tend to ask him about other things during a visit, and per usual he was happy to explain to us how some things that had been a mystery to us work. We hope that we don't have to use another electrician as Victor's work and integrity are the very tops.

Victor is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He came out to give an estimate, called and then fixed the problem the same day.

Victor was efficient, competent, personable, and most of all, he was compassionate to my parents--knowing that they are creatures of habit, don't like change, and would have to live with some major construction in their bedroom. Victor did a great job--he got his part of the job done in one day and he cleaned up the room beautifully. The drywallers came the next day and they, too, did a fantastic job! Victor also installed a light fixture for the kitchen. I'd recommend him without hesitation!

Victor Libo is a true professional. He is honest and knows his stuff! The job at my parents' home was fairly complicated, also requiring intermittment iinspections by the City and PNM. All passed with flying colors and their home is up to code. Victor's work came in under budget and quicker than estimated. Victor also replaced a light fixture and dimmer switch. Victor was super with our parents! He was punctual and understood that the job, although necessary, could impact my parents quiet life. He did everything he could to keep their quality of life as high as possible with the minimal disruption. My Father said he did a great job (he did!). My sisters and parents all agree: Victor Libo will get all of our future business--he is the best!

Our AC was not working correctly, and the HVAC guy insisted it was an electrical problem. Mr. Libo came out right away. He was super friendly and checked everything, explaining things to me the entire time. He determined it was not an electrical problem at all and also explained why. If I need electrical work in the future, I will contact him first! I don't know if he charged my landlord anything for the visit, but I'm sure the cost was reasonable if he did.

Promptly came after calling late on a Friday. Was expecting to have to wait until next week. Fixed problem quickly and explained what was wrong. No attempt to make a big job out of the situation. Very personable and professional. Will use again if need arises.

Libo Electric did an excellent job fixing a water-damaged electrical socket under our house. The service was quick, professional, and affordable. The provider arrived early on a Saturday, discussed our problem, and then went ahead and fixed it. We would definitely use this service again.

Good contact prior to seeing the project, asked good questions. When looking at the job, asked questions to ensure he understood the desired outcome. Completed the work on time without any extra hassle.

Victor set up initial work day on Feb 15. He arrived at 7 AM as planned. I watched and worked with him as we changed the grounding system. He also dug up the losher (sp?) to expose the wires for PNM to splice. The next workday was Feb 22. He showed at 6:45 and PNM contractor arrived shortly after. PNM disconnected the service, Victor replaced the meter box and losher, then connected the meter box to the main electrical box. The city inspector arrived at 11AM for the pre inspection and we passed without comment. PNM arrived a little after noon and reconnected the power. The only problem has been to get the city inspector to return for the final inspection. I am extremely pleased with Libo Electric. Victor Libo was very responsive, arrived as planned and taught me a lot about electrical work. His work was pristine. His price was significantly higher than the previous electricians but the outcome was well worth it. I would definitely use him again.

I can't express how awesome Victor is to work with. This review summarizes the 3rd and 4th projects I have done with him. I found Libo Electric via an Angie's List big deal about two years ago and have continued to go to him every time a project has come to mind. Victor is extremely professional, prompt, honest, and has an outstanding work ethic. To boot, his labor is very competitive, almost a steal for the quality of work and the peace of mind it engenders. The first project was relatively simple, installing new lighting fixtures while a ceiling was open. He coordinated with me and a drywall contractor to get the work done, and I really appreciated his flexibility in schedule. He finished the work quicker than estimated and invoiced for work done, which was lower than the original estimate. The second project was a little more complex, installing four recessed lighting fixtures into my master bedroom. Again, he was prompt and professional. We did this work on a time & materials basis, and his work ethic was above reproach. He even let me help out, which was fun for me. His invoice again reflected work performed, and the end result looks great. I wholeheartedly recommend Victor for any electrical work to anyone who will listen. His quality of work is top notch, and he is professional, focused, and fun to talk to. I look forward to dreaming up more silly electrical projects around the house just to work with Victor again.

Victor showed up 5 minutes early and started working quickly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I really felt like he was a trustworthy person, with a high moral compass for hard work and quality. We have found our permanent electrician, now.

I bought a deal for $99 for 2 hours of work. An outside light and our pond pump kept tripping the breaker. He did no work, but just said that our pond (20 year old pond) was unsafe and needed the entire outlet rewired, and a new pump. He would not have credited the $99 to the future work. In my mind what he did was an estimate and not a service call. Turns out I just needed a new pump and no rewiring. Glad I didn't get suckered into giving him another $400.

He was prompt with the timing that he gave and showed up. He got right to work and did a very effecient job. I would give him a reference any day. Very friendly and understanding with the questions that I had.

It was good. He was very friendly. I was satisfied with the work that he did. He was a little bit messy. He left some black marks when he was doing my bathroom. He had to cap off something and needed a part. I don't have any complaint against him.

Arrived as scheduled. Analyzed and repaired three circuit problems. Had time left over on the purchased time package.

Everything went well with the installation. Initially we were a little delayed in getting the work scheduled because of personal issues. We were not in a huge rush so it wasn't a big deal. Victor coordinated with us frequently and he was able to get us scheduled. He contacted us the day of the installation and was actually able to come a little earlier than expected, which helped us out as well. The installation went smoothly and was faster than expected. He's a true professional. I will be calling on him in the future for more electrical work.

He assessed the problem with the first coupon, than found an additional $500. worth of work. My tenant was happy with the work.
