Description of Work: He was contracted to provide 2 hours of electrical service but I did not have that much work. So, he checked all my circuits and wires in the CB box and tightened several connections. He attempted to provide the service that I had contracted for.

Description of Work: The circuit breaker for the baseboard heating system in our family room and study became defective and we had no heat for approximately four days while waiting for a different electrician to get back to me. I gave up on the original electrician and selected Victor Libo's name from the top of the Angie's List. I called Libo Electric at 11:50am and explained my problem that I was without heat. He asked me to take a picture of the bad circuit breaker using my iPhone and to send it to him via a Text Message. I did this and as he had another job in my neighborhood, he picked up a new part, completed his other service call, and was in my driveway by about 1:50pm that same day. Now I realize that this amazing response (2 hour) was a result of his nearby appointment, but he was sensitive to our heating problem. Installing the new circuit breaker was a quick 10 minute job and the baseboard heaters are working like new. I will certainly call Victor Libo the next time we need a professional electrician at our house.

Description of Work: Victor hung 2 light fixtures over my kitchen counter. He was punctual,exact,and cleaned up afterwards. It took a little under an hour to complete the task.

Description of Work: My husband was unsure how to go about getting power back to our laundry room and they came in, got it hooked up very efficiently and even explained the process to my husband for any future issues so he would have a basic understanding of the process and how to handle anything that might come up in the future. Description of Work: Victor Libo replaced five ceiling fixtures and two smoke alarms which I purchased from a big box store. He also repaired the jacuzzi circuit. (Another electrician said that it was a plumbing problem.) Mr. Libo has a fantastic trailer that is organized with everything that might be needed to complete a job in one visit. I bought a third smoke alarm from him. Time and money were saved due to his professional foresight.

Description of Work: Changed two broken light/ceiling fan switches. Checked bathroom exhaust fan connections and found the source of the popping sound when the fan was turned off, which he fixed. He had the required parts with him. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend for electrical work.

Description of Work: A Big Deal: 2 hours of electrical work. Evaluated problem with ceiling fan and smoke/carbon monoxide detector. Problems were with motor and devise. He gave me the right advise and where to go for replacement parts. Both are now working great.
