Description of Work: Used him twice. First time went well.He installed a ceiling fan. |Second time I hired him to install an outside light to replace an existing light. He spent an hour and did not complete the job. He said it was the wrong fixture for the outlet. I went back to Home Depot with the light and a photo of the outlet. They said it was the right fixture.I hired another electrician and he got it done in 20minutes. |Mr. Libo charged me for his time and did not complete the work. |Not sure of the date of service but early summer 2015 or so.

Description of Work: Electrician came and reset circuit breaker. I told him that I had reset circuit breaker multiple times but he took no further action. I had 3 light fixtures that needed to be replaced and he told me to take the light fixtures down from the ceiling and take them to a lamp shop.

Description of Work: All went fine. I had a good deal purchase for general electrician services. Mr. Libo was on time, installed three fixtures, put in a new wiring accessory, and repaired some wiring. He let me know that a few things I thought he might do were more expensive to complete than I had thought, so those things were not done. He worked for several hours. There were no problems with any of his repairs, all work was fine, and everything looked good.

Description of Work: Victor installed a ceiling fan with light fixture and remote-operated wall switch. He stopped by in advance to have a look at our existing wiring setup to make sure that what we wanted was doable. He arrived a little early on the scheduled day and completed the job in under 2 hours. He was very professional and personable. Would definitely use his services again.
