Victor arrived at scheduled appointment time. He was very professional and worked quickly to identify the problem. He was courteous and polite. He explained what was causing the problem. I would recommend his services.

Everything went well. Victor had the knowledge and the equipment to complete the job very quickly with minimal interruption to our service. I have called on him once since this service for different job and have no hesitation using his services again in the future. I highly recommend him.

Victor was very responsive to my request for service. He arrived slightly ahead of schedule, which was appreciated. He went about the problem-solving process in a well organized, timely, and professional manner. He completed most of the work in the time parameters we had established. Because of the fixture I had purchased, he ran into trouble with the installation of the motion detector light, but solved the problem with a part he did not have and had to purchase. He finished the installation by 8 am the next day and did not charge me for the additional time and travel. Overall, I am very pleased with the work he did and would most definitely call him again for any electrical problems I may have. He was on time, within budget and responsive to my needs.

His email to me was very fast after I purchased the Big Deal. He came that weekend which was very convenient for me. He was prompt, clean, polite, and informative. He explained everything he was doing and why in the inspection. He was detailed in what was wrong with my ungrounded outlets and how to repair them.

He explained things very well to me (which I appreciate) and checked and fixed the GFI outlets in the bathrooms, which I wasn't aware were on the same circuit, and not working. Would definitely use him again, friendly, prompt and as I said, explained things to me which counts for a lot in my book.

Called, he came over on Monday and fixed the problem. The thermostat would not turn off and would not adjust to the temp setting.

Mr. Libo was very nice and punctual. He worked up an estimate for me to provide work and I opted not to do it at this time. I really feel that I paid the $99.00 for an estimate since there was no actual work done. The one socket he did "repair" has not worked at all since then.

Our first experience with Victor was when he built the stairs leading from the back exit of our house. He was contracted by the sellers of our house to do the repairs so this price isn't included in my review. However, he came to work on the hottest days of the year 102degree plus and worked diligently for 2 days to complete the work on time. We knew the decking may be a future issue of safety and got Victor's card in case we needed the work done. After he built the stairs leading from the house my husband commented several times about the quality of the work and how sturdy it was. Fast forward a couple months and we needed the deck railings done as well- but in a tight time frame. Victor worked with us to create a plan, a design and went out of his way to make sure we got it done by our deadline. The only portion of the grading system that I didn't rate as an "A" was punctuality- and that is rather a double edged sword. Victor was always timely and respectful of time but sometimes got held up at previous jobs. To me, that's a sign of wanting to finish a job to completion before leaving a site-- and in all honesty, when working in this field one has to be a little flexible. I didn't see it as a negative but be sure to be clear on timing before scheduling a meeting 20 minutes after the start of work or simply communicate your needs to Victor. He did great, sturdy, work and wants his customers to be happy. He created work for us that is sturdy, safe & aesthetically pleasing.

Great. The original big deal didn't cover all the time but we were charged at a fair rate for the additional time. We were very pleased with the work and will use Libo electric again.

Excellent service, arrived on time did the work and cleaned up after he was through. We plan on using him again.

He did an excellent job. He found the best way to install the outlet and carefully cleaned up after he was finished.

I was contacted promptly after I purchased my Angie's List coupon for 2 hours of electrical service but due to my work schedule, it took about 2 weeks to get an appointment time. Vic was as accommodating as he could and came after 5 in order to complete the work I needed. He was there for about 1.5 hours to problem solve and figure out what was causing the problem and fixed it.

Only complication was the power went out to our neighborhood prior to the job. But the job was done well and when the power was restored to the area, everything worked fine.

His work was excellent and he arrived a little earlier that was great for me. He was pleasant and very professional. He cleaned up afterward too. I am considering him for another project.

I accidentally drilled through an electrical line while installing a ledger for a patio to the outside of my house. I did this on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend at 6PM and called Victor first thing on Monday - Labor Day morning. He was at my house to look at the damage within the hour. I was very surprised to find someone to come out on Labor Day. I thought I was going to be without power to the damaged line for a few days. He promptly found and diagnosed the problem. He could not finish the job that day, but came back the next day and completed the work. He also looked over and fixed some minor problems in my main electrical panel. He's very professional and worked with me to find the best time for me to have the work done. His hourly cost is very reasonable - 40% lower than other electricians I've used. I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him for other work in the future.

Most of our electrical problems were solved, although more troubleshooting efforts will probably be necessary to detect the cause of other service problems we have experienced. Victor Libo worked around our schedule to make sure we would be available for his visit. He arrived on time, he was courteous and professional, and he cleaned up after making repairs.

Very response...called promptly for details and to set appointment...was booked for several days but offered to come out quickly if a hazardous situation, which it wasn't. Will use again.

We were pleased that Victor would be able to come over the next morning early. I was writing him from a WiFi hot spot as we had no services due to the 7,200Volt surge by PNM. (PNM refuses to take responsibility for their neglect).Victor was always on time and pleasant. He gave us solutions and fixed a lot of issues in the old section of the house.

Provider had to go up to the attic and follow electrical lines through the house to pin point the problem which he did. The problem was that the original builder (1999) covered an exterior receptacle with stucco which led to the problem of the exterior receptacles in the Patio area not working. Provider had to open up the call to confirm exterior receptacle location covered by the stucco; install ISA GFC1 and cover on the exterior recepticles. He then confirmed that all exterior receptacles worked. Later the drywall repair person came in and completed the drywall.

Mr. Libo was on time, did his job professionally, was friendly and gave some advice on other things I asked him about.

Victor arrived on time with a helper. He took down the old cabinet and installed the new one after reinforcing it to hold the weight of the new microwave. He then installed the microwave and confirmed that it worked ok. He also installed the old cabinet in my garage. Victor is meticulous and left the work area cleaner than it was before he started work. I would highly recommend him.

Chandelier project went very well. Installation of light fixture created a major problem that I had not anticipated. Victor advised me that he would need to cut holes in the drywall to expose studs adjacent to the new fixture location in order to run power for the new fixture from an existing receptacle under an adjacent kitchen wall cabinet. (Before he started, he said he doesn't 'do' drywall repairs but could recommend someone who does.) I didn't feel that I had any other options other than authorize him to cut into the drywall or just trash the light installation altogether, which I considered to be the most important project. He mentioned several times that drilling into hidden existing wire would be a BAD idea (not to mention, dangerous). I wholly agree, but I'm speculating that he cut out much larger pieces of the drywall than necessary and perhaps he didn't have a special tool (i.e. probe or mirror) or drill bit that would have facilitated less invasion. I now have 3 holes spanning an area 24" long x 4 1/2 " high that need patched! AAARGH!!!!!! I'm on my way to a Home Improvement store to purchase whatever materials/tools I will need to patch the drywall.

Victor Libo showed up exactly on the date and time specified. He is very personable and clearly quite a competent electrician. He performed the work I requested very efficiently and did a great job. I plan to use his services in future and will recommend him to my friends and Angie's List members.
