Vic was prompt, in fact, he completed his previous job early and called to see if he could come earlier, which was an advantage for me. He came in and was very nice to the 5 dogs running around (four of the dogs did not stay long). He went right to work and completed the job on time. I was more than happy to hire a professional to replace the lighting. I have some friends who insisted on replacing the light fixtures for me, but it did not take long before I knew I had made the right decision while I observed him changing out the lights. I will definitely use his services again. NOTE: my female 7 year old Lab is afraid of men because of her previous owner...but all she wanted to do was stand next to Vic or share her tennis ball, happily he was very kind and gentle with her.

Victor was professional, punctual, and friendly. I am also using his services to wire my hot tub.

Turned out to be more than a 2-hour job. With my approval, Victor applied the Angie's list 2-hour credit toward a larger job he did to rewire much of my house. He finished ahead of schedule and below estimate, and the quality of his was excellent. He's a solid guy and he is committed to excellent customer service. Would definitely hire him again -- and probably will.

A positive experience overall, but we ended up doing the work ourselves, because the estimate was more than we had anticipated.

This was the second time I used Libo Electric through Angie's List BIG DEAL. Victor is very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job for me. The installation of the ceiling fan required a fan brace amounting to an additional $90 for parts, which I anticipated from Victor's first job with me. He carried a fan brace with him, which saved. After changing out the timer, he made sure all of the zone valves were working correctly. Victor arrived almost 1/2 hr early, first thing in the morning, without calling beforehand. However, I fortunately was ready for him. Victor might consider improving clean-up by laying down a drop cloth and not tracking in dirt from outside (perhaps by using paper booties over his shoes.) These are minor to the great job he did and I only mention it, if he would like to further improve the impression he leaves with his customers. I will definitely use Libo Electric again.

Mr. Lido arrived right on time, explained what he was doing as he was doing it, was very professional yet easy to talk to and very pleasant. You could tell he was confident and knowledgeable about what he was doing, always taking safety into consideration. We were very pleased with his services and have already planned to have him back after the first of the year to install a ceiling fan and do other small jobs. Communication before the scheduled time was always answered quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Libo Electric and Construction.

Victor came on time and handled both our problems, getting our tub back to normal, and replaced the three way switch. On the jetted tub he had to cut the caulking on the cultured marble section for entry into the wiring for the electric motor. This allowed the removal of a large section so he could than work on the electrical wiring. Upon fixing our switch problem, he had to replace the large section and re caulk, I did not have the white caulking needed to do this job so Victor said he would purchase the caulking and return in a few day to secure the replace panel. He came by the very next day and completed the job. We were very happy with his professional handling of our problems and will call him again if and when we need electrical work done. I do recommend him to anyone who has electrical concerns.

He showed up about 10 minutes early. Was very pleasant. Went right to work on the ceiling fan and found it had a bad switch. He removed and bypassed the bad switch. On the closet light the cord got jammed and he removed the fixture, fixed the problem and reset the fixture. Afterwards he demonstrated that the fixtures were working and explained what the problems were and what he had done. I'm very happy with the results.

Victor did a fantastic job. He came out to the house to do an initial inspection free of charge. We discussed cost and how I could help him and we came up with a plan. He showed up early on the scheduled date and came to work. He worked quickly and efficiently and was professional. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

He installed a new circuit breaker in the box and wired up 2 boxes w 4 outlets each. Nice guy, worked quickly and tolerated my questions.

Victor arrived early. He was friendly and personable. He explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. He took care to cleanup after himself and to make sure everything was restored to its original (or better) appearance. He is definitely someone we will use again and would recommend to family and friends.

Victor came to the house to do the work but discovered that I needed additional materials for the project. After several emails and a mail order I had the materials for the job. Victor then spent several hours making the lights work. I agreed to pay extra because of the amount of work involved. The $200 out of pocket is for the materials and extra labor. Victor was on time and got right to work. Victor and I agreed that the lights look great.

Vincent helped us get the outlets working, and replaced them with GFCR ones. The second time he came it turned out we didn't really have a problem. Oh well :)

Purchased a set price product and when they came out the price escalated to 3 times the original price.....cancelled on the spot!

Victor installed a wall oven in an older rental I own. The oven didn't quite fit (my fault), but Victor cut the cabinet to fit and installed trim pieces around the oven. It was the perfect solution for my tenants so they would have an oven until I can replace the cabinet with one that will fit the oven correctly.

Victor is great. He is efficient but also careful. He doesn't rush through the job. He takes the time to explain everything to me, including why he is remedying an issue in the way he is. I am very happy with his work. Plus, my dogs love him.

He arrived about 15 minutes early, and behaved in a very professional, friendly way. He was willing to help with work other than electrical if needed, as he is also a skilled carpenter. The cost was a $99 special, with parts extra, but he offered not to charge me for the switch he had to go and purchase to install. I paid him anyway, though. His inspection of the electrical system was brief, but he said if the City Inspector identifies any problems prior to the sale, he will come to fix whatever needs to be done to resolve any issues the prospective homeowner might have.
