Quickly, precisely with minimum of disruption in the house. Excellent installation with clean finished look outside. Made accommodation in his schedule and arrived several days early to do the job!

Victor was booked up and very but front about an appointment a week out. I was not in a hurry and his reviews were great so I decided to wait. A great decision and well worth the wait. Victor is a very knowledgeable and experienced contractor although he focuses on electrical now. He was on time, checked my circuit breaker box first and found two loose wires that were not the problem but it was a needed check. He had to troubleshoot the GFCI's and found the garage GFCI also protects both bathrooms although they each had a GFCI receptacles. Replaced three receptacles and discovered where I had broken one box and we had to replace it. Victor replaced the box without any damage and required no drywall repair or paint touchup! Also had to troubleshoot my exterior motion detector lights - old system and broken. Recommended a Costco replacement and showed me the easy connections. I am literally thrilled with all the workmanship. Lido Electric is the answer to any of my electrical concerns.

I have a 70 year old house, with 70 year old wiring. It has been a struggle to find an electrician willing to work back through time. I would call for a simple request, install on an outlet, and most of them would immediately start trying to pressure sale me on rewiring the entire home. Siting the current code, and insist that I needed to update the entire system. What I really love about Victor is he understands the current code, but also understand the grandfathered in codes. He was able to find a marvelous, workaround to my entire home not being grounded. It’s no underestimation that this company literally saved me thousands of dollars. I had one estimate of $25k to rewire the entire home so it was grounded to current code….and that didn’t include the estimate for the plaster repair rewire every socket in the house! Victor could have easy confirmed the electrician that came before him. But he didn’t, he had a solution that is compliant with the current city code at a fraction of the cost with zero impact to my plaster walls. He is reliable, timely, honest, and above all ETHICAL! In a world full of contractor’s trying to milk every available from a job, I am so incredibly blessed to have found this gem. He also should receive a metal for dealing with an incredibly unreasonable tenant I had. Now, even if I’m in a blacked out house….I’ll wait a month for Libo Electric & Construction.

The contractor was on time and explained everything he was going to do. He finished the project in a timely manner and took some extra time to discuss some other projects I was considering. I would hire him again. I also felt the rate charged was reasonable.

Victor did a great job replacing this item. He was friendly, but also focused on the job and got it done quickly. Unlike some of the fans in other rooms, the quality of the work he did is obvious in the way it sits flush against the ceiling without any wobble whatsoever. And he loves cats! I definitely will be calling him again for my next electrical issue.

He came out to the house to see what our old control box was. He ordered a replacement and came about a week later to install the new control box. He is punctual, does a great job, and is reasonably priced. We will call him for future projects without hesitation.

After a power outage we could not get our outdoor electrical outlets to work despite our own trouble shooting. Mr. Libo was able to direct us to find the source of the problem over the telephone and our problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. He has also been helpful in the past for trouble shooting other problems. Would highly recommend him for his professionalism and timely replies. Obviously he could have made a trip and charged us a lot of $$$ but instead he chose to help us out without charge.

Victor came out to the house within 3 hours of my call and found the problem within about 15 minutes. He then fixed the problem. Was there when he said he would be and completed the work in a prompt manner. Nice guy.

Mr. Libo was an excellent hire for this job. He was always on time, tidy, worked hard. He helped us make decisions that we weren't sure about and got us up to code (much needed in our old house). Worked with us on new lighting, including cans and tunable LED for the cabinets. We'll certainly hire him again for the rest of the house!

Fabulous. Victor Libo (Libo Electric) did a great job at a very, very reasonable price. He responded to my call very quickly and agreed to do next day. Victor arrived on time and installed the Minke fan, which was quite complex in a short period of time. He was also very friendly. I had used Victor twice before and was very happy and now can say 'very happy' all three times.

Victor Libo was recommended by our neighbor as a reputable and extremely competent electrician. Awesome. We are so blessed to have found Victor Libo and his company. Victor answered our call the first time we called him. Because of a holiday he came out the day after the holiday; two days later than our call. He diagnosed our issues and resolved them very quickly. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Victor. He's knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and completed the work just as described!

Victor arrived on time, was very precise and efficient in his approach. He replaced one switch I had removed thinking I could fix it. Tests showed both switches to be working. Removed and tested the ceiling fixture. Was defective. At my suggestion, he accompanied me to store to make sure I purchased appropriate fixture. Then installed the fixture. Total of approx. one hour. Victor is very personable and easy to work with. Glad to explain what he is doing at every point. Listens well to information offered. Stays focused on job. Would definitely hire him again if needed, and recommend him to others. Cost was approx. $90.00
