Very professional, very helpful and very pleasant. I definitely would use him again. I even asked for extra cards to give to my single female friends. It was nice to work with a repairman that was so helpful, did the jobs I asked and did not try to take me to the cleaners by "finding" other things that needed to be done.

He was great. Came out one day right before the holidays so we could discuss the work we wanted done. He suggested we do some of the ceiling work we wanted to do before moving the chandelier. He also looked at some questionable outlets we had in our kitchen that were not up to code and agreed to replace those as part of the original Angie's List coupon buy. There was an additional $50 expense for replacement parts. All in all, a very positive experience with a super polite and easy-to-work with provider. He took care of all the things we asked and came back a second time to do the service.All in all A+ service.

He is honest, intelligent, and very knowledgeable of his trade. The quality of his completed work was very high (installing a switched outdoor lighting system). I will work with him again, and gladly. His rates are competitive and the results were nothing short of excellent.

We bought the $99 deal for 2 hours of work. We had several outdoor outlets that were not working, and needed to be replaced. Victor arrived promptly as scheduled. We had purchased the parts we thought we needed, and Victor looked them over and proceeded to work. One of the outlets we purchased would not work for our situation, so he provided a replacement. Another of the outdoor outlets was connected to an outlet in the house, and was not GFI, so he replaced the indoor outlet with GFI as well. We were happy to have him provide his professional knowledge to make our electrical situation safer. The garden lights he removed were not hot, but we didn't know, so we were happy he was able to remove them without any difficulty. All was done within the 2 hour period, and Victor did not even charge us for the extra outlets he supplied. This was definitely a great deal for us, as this was something we had wanted done for a while now, and the Angie's List deal provided a perfect opportunity. Plus, we now have found an electrician that we will definitely call again when need arises.

He checked everything out closely. He was knowledgeable and professional. It was an excellent experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fantastic. He was really good. He actually came out a couple of times. He assessed what I wanted him to do as a general electrician. He told me that it was actually a job that would require a lot more time and work and actually probably a general contractor. He was here about half an hour for that and then we scheduled a different time for him to install some ceiling fans. I didn't pay any additional.

Victor was on ttime and was very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and proceeded to do it. I am very satisfied with his work and will use him again for oher projects

I'm happy with the service provided. Victor Libo is very personable, professional, and dependable. The time required to make the repairs was a little more than I had anticipated, but Victor does quality work and doesn't cut corners, so I still think he offers a good value.

I signed up for an Angie's List Big Deal -- 2 hours of electrical labor for $89.00. I needed some electrical outlets replaced in a laundry area. He was able to replace those two outlets quickly. Then he did a third outlet in the kitchen area. This outlet area had some odd structure behind the outlet box, but he was able to adapt the area with a small cutting tool and make everything work. He was also able to give me an estimate on some future electrical upgrades that I may want to do to this 50+ year old house. The work is a bit more than I can afford right now, but it is good to have some numbers that I can plan with in the future.

The service provider responded very promptly after we requested the service through Angie's list. We delayed his service until we could purchase the light fixtures we wanted him to install. Libo contacted us regularly to check on the status of the need for his service. We continued to delay until we decided against purchasing the light fixtures. It was at this time we decided we no longer need Libo's service and asked for a refund. Mr. Libo was very responsive and courteous.

Great service, will be using him again for all my electrical needs.

He was very helpful in giving us options to move forward on getting a new system. We are still going to engage him to help us get this done.

Vic arrived on time and started working immediately. He installed the wiring by going behind the wall and the ceiling. He had cut four holes in walls because I have a flat roof. He then installed my ceiling fan. It took about 3 hours from start to finish. He cleaned up and went on to his next job. He did not patch the holes in the ceiling and the walls because Super Mario (Angie's List) will come and repair the holes in the drywall. Vic was funny, hard working, and professional. I have used Vic for a second time and will hire him again. My cost was $200 because I purchased 2 hours of electrical work for $89 through Angie's list and paid him another $113 because of additional time and parts.

I bought the big deal of two hours of electrical service for $89 from Libo Electric and Construction. Victor Libo arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment of 9am. He installed a new adjustable volume doorbell that I had bought, as I could not hear my original doorbell (had no volume control) - ah, the joys of getting older and losing your hearing! I also had front and back exterior outlets that no longer worked. He took off the breaker box panel and inspected it, and fairly quickly figured out that I probably had a GFI in the garage. Sure enough, there was one hiding behind stuff I had stored in the garage. The GFI had been tripped, and he reset it. Lo and behold, both outlets are now working. However, along with the good came some bad news - he discovered that I had some circuits that were in violation of code. Once he explained the problem to me, I figured out that it was related to a mistake the builder had made installing an evaporative cooler instead of refrigerated air prior to my moving in. Victor explained to me what the proper process was to bring everything up to code and I asked him to give me an estimate for the work. Victor was very nice and performed his work in a professional manner. I would recommend him highly.

Victor found the problems with two outlets and replaced them. Then I had him replaced several other outlets He did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

I spoke with Victor and he was able to schedule me quickly based on my availability. Victor arrived on time for his appointment. My husband showed Victor the outlet that needed repair and inquired about several other problematic electrical switch issues we were having. From all accounts Victor did an outstanding job not only fixing the outlet but going above and beyond to address other issues we were having such as a hall light switch, a garage light switch and outlet and a street light lantern on our property that hasn't been functional for years. My husband was very impressed with Victor's exceptional skill and customer service that he provided. We would definitely use Victor in the future and would highly recommend him as a service provider.

The work went very well. They arrived on time, did a professional job, and got the unit operational.

I have aluminum wiring, and he took care of the adaptations needed for this. I also was reinstalling 2 old lights that had some problems. He took them to a lamp shop to determine the cost of rewiring them, then called me to get the go-ahead for them to do the work. He really went above-and-beyond to do a good job and make it so very easy for me.

I purchased two hours of electrical labor on 'the big deal', received an automated response from Libo so he could meet the contractual requirement and never heard anything again. Bad deal all the way around since I have to go to my credit card company and get the charges removed.
