My experience with Libo Electric was wonderful. He arrived on time and completed in the job in a thorough and efficient manner. I felt very comfortable working with him and he took the time to consider all of the options and explain them to me. His cost was very reasonable. I will be hiring him for all of my future electrical needs.

Mr. Libo called that he was arriving a bit early--fine with me. I appreciated the call. He came in, assessed the problem, and explained what needed to be done. He went out to his fully equipped truck. He had the necessary switch in stock, quickly replaced the defective switch, and that was it. 30 minutes tops. There was a small charge for the switch. I was impressed that he kept electrical parts in his truck so neither he nor I had to run to the store for a part.

I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of electrical work. I had been experiencing intermittent flickering of lights and reductions in motor speeds, simultaneously, throughout the house, on all circuits. Victor arrived early for the appointed schedule, we discussed the problem, and he checked and tightened all of the circuits in the main service panel and the subpanel. I asked him some other work I'm planning to do, and while showing him around to look at some of it, he noticed and fixed a switch and two outdoor receptacles that do not comply with recent code changes. I have asked him to let me know how much it will cost to redo the large security light in front, which no longer works properly--correcting some safety deficiencies and replacing the sodium vapor fixture with an LED system. I definitely plan to have him do that work, although the timing will depend on the cost. The Big Deal covers his time but not parts--I was aware of that when I purchased it.

Victor was very responsive. He has come out to our home a couple of times to talk about the work as we are remodeling several rooms. He has been great to work with and we will be using him once we are at that point. I have recommended him to someone already. We are very impressed with him as he communicates very well and he is very knowledgeable.

They were very professional and courteous. They sent me an email right away to let me know that they could not do the work for me, which I appreciated.

Victor was the sole shining beacon of integrity, responsiveness, and competence during my first very challenging renovation. I used only providers with top reviews from Angie?s List, but I discovered that the temptation to take advantage of an out-of-town homeowner is too hard to resist even for many relatively good contractors. With Victor, things work like they should. You agree to the work, timeframe, and price in advance. He puts the work planned in writing and in detail. Then he executes the work with excellent quality, on time (actually sooner), and on budget. Unlike the other contractors I hired, he did not use the fact that I was not on site to supervise things to show up late, cut corners, or find reasons to ask for more money once the project was underway. Victor never complained about coordinating work with the other contractors I hired even though their stubbornness and incompetence created more work for him. After he saw the shoddy drywall finish work someone did for me, he even found someone to make it right for me at a very low price. I was so pleased with his work on my kitchen and bathroom renovations that I had him back twice for additional electrical enhancements ? now he has basically rewired the whole house. Now that the renovation is over, there are many things I would've done differently. The one thing I would do again in a heartbeat is hire Victor.

It went very well. Because my house is 64 years old, the overhead light fixture in the garage needed a part, which he cheerfully installed a few days later, as he didn't have that particular part with him. I'm also impressed that he didn't complain about having to work around dust and cobwebs in the corner of the garage where the drilling took place.

He was on time, had me show him what we needed and got right to work. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He cleaned up thoroughly when he finished. When I asked about other work we might need in the future, he was more than willing to do the job. he even replaced the battery in a smoke alarm that I couldn't reach! We will absolutely have him do all our electrical work in the future.

Scheduling was fine. His professionalism was excellent and we have used their service again since.

Everything was great. I had bought a 2 hour service call from Angie's list for the $89. Only had about 30 minutes, but that was me not knowing stuff and not the provider.

Victor was very responsive, showed up on time, and worked very hard to get our electrical needs met. He explained well what he was doing and tested everything thoroughly after the installation. We will definitely use him again and give him an extremely high recommendation.

That was fine and good. I did actually recommend them to our neighbors. They are very professional.

The work went very well. Mr. Libo showed up a little early - but better early than late - and went to work right away. Upon removal of the old fixture he noticed there was no box in the wall so he placed one in there before installing the new fixture. He had to do a little carpentry work as the stud was right where the box needed to go. Luckily Mr. Libo had parts in his vehicle as the light switch had to be replaced. He did a great job, is very proficient and professional, and has a nice personality too, plus he cleaned up behind himself. He answered my questions and gave me some idea of the problems we have been experiencing in other electrical areas. When we are ready to do our next electrical job I will be more than happy to give Mr. Libo a call.

Installed two ceiling fans and speed controls. Also, a dimmer switch and installed a new outdoor GFI. Work was swift and very neat.

Work done perfectly. In response to our questions, Victor gave us a lot of information we did not know about breaker switches.

Needed a dedicated circuit and lighting in my garage. He was friendly, professional, and got along with my dog. The work was good and he cleaned up after he was done.

Mr. Libo completed everything on my list in just over 2 hours--an impressive performance. He got my input on placing things before installing, cleaned up with great care (broken mirror bits were involved), and made sure everything was working before he left. Very professional and pleasant.

Great. Especially his ability to provide several options in fixing water feature in my back yard. He was really skilled at explaining how electrical outlets work.

Contractor showed up on time (early, even!) and completed the jobs in a timely manner. He was extremely easy to work with and made sure that everything was done as close to perfectly as possible. One ceiling fan was a bit of a problem, but he tried several different things to get it as stable as possible (and succeeded!) He made sure that even the tiniest detail was taken care of.

Victor showed up a few minutes before the promised start time. He and his helper got to work right away and worked steadily throughout the day. This was estimated to be a 3 day job, but it was finished ahead of schedule, and minimized my time away from work. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up at the end of their days. They did a nice job of restoring my yard at the end of the project. The best thing is that I now have power to my hot tub, and the wiring was accomplished in an aesthetic manner, and all ahead of schedule!

Victor is the only construction professional that I have had a positive experience with in Albuquerque. After some very bad experiences, working with Victor was great. He was extremely professional, honest, helpful and friendly. He helped me out so much and I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future for any electrical work I need done.

I can't say enough good things about Victor Libo and his work! I asked him for an estimate on correcting code violations in my breaker panel. He emailed me a proposal for my review and signature that had an itemized list of what needed to be done. This is the first time I can ever remember a contractor doing work in such a professional manner, and I truly appreciated it. I knew exactly what to expect, along with how much it would cost. It took two days for the work to be done, but only because he had to wait the second day for the code inspector to come - Victor did not charge me for the wait time. I observed him working, and he is very meticulous. He also had a drywall person come in and repair the garage wall (including texturing) and re-stucco a small hole in the stucco on the outside. I feel so much better and safer knowing everything is to code. He is the only electrician I will use from now on.
