I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent. The big deal was $89 for 2 hours of electrical labor. They came out within 2 weeks. It took about 3 and half hours, and there was some problem solving that he had to do, and there were also parts, so I paid an additional amount. It was a completely positive experience, and everything was up front. I had read reviews that he doesn't do the construction repair after, so I wasn't expecting him to finish the dry wall and texturing, so it was good to know. He was friendly, he was on time, he asked for a lot of information up front including photos, so that way he would have an idea of what to bring out. I live up into the mountains, and the nearest hardware store is 25 minutes away, so I appreciated him asking for photos. We communicated by phone, email and text and whatever worked for us. It was nice to have that at our disposal. I was here at home by myself, and I felt completely comfortable with him. He was trustworthy, sincere, and it was about the work, so he worked the whole time. It cost more than what I was expecting, but when I saw what he had to do, I thought it was reasonable. I will keep him as my electrician as long as he is in business, because it is hard to get people come out up to the mountains.

This was a Big Deal purchase. I can't say enough about what a great job Victor did. He was attentive to detail, worked rapidly and was responsive to what I wanted done. He was well worth twice the amount that I paid...and frankly, I almost never feel that way about contractors. This was a great introductory to his services and will continue to hire him for all other electrical needs.

The ceiling fan burned out in my living room 17 ft ceilings and I needed the unit changed and updated. I purchased a new fan and light unit and called Mr. Libo to install it. He was fast came within days and did a great job. He was very professional and the prices were great for A++ work. I will be calling him soon for more work best electrician I have hired in years.

Victor responded to phone calls quickly, set up the appointment quickly and was reliable and prompt coming to our home. He called ahead of time to make sure we had purchased the necessary lighting fixtures that he had recommended. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and the project was completed without problems. My husband did assist him by going up in the attic. We are 100% satisfied with Victor's work and will call him again when we require an electrician!

They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. We had 2 lights that had gone out in our garage. The electrician worked with my husband over the phone prior to our appointment on what we needed and what he could do and provide. He gave advice on what parts we could buy (i.e. the type of light sockets that would work) at the home improvement store to save us money and time versus him having to provide the parts. He told my husband what parts he would provide as part of the service. When he came for the appointment, he was on time, worked very professionally and efficiently. He brought our lighting up to code by installing new wiring and fixtures. We are very happy with our new lighting and were very pleased with the service provided. We would use Libo's again in a heart beat!

Mr. Libo arrived on time and worked to resolve all items on my list. Mr. Libo resolved and electrical issue (light switch and outlets wouldn't work). It took him a large part of the service call to trouble shoot the daisy-chained electrical issue, but he resolved the issue. This is the second time I have used Mr. Libo and I will definitely do so again!

The work was done quickly & professionally and I found Mr. Libo to be quite honest. I asked to have can lights replaced in two bathroom showers. Mr. Libo recommended an LED retro fit which was a great solution because it would take less time to install and save on my electrical bills down the road. I asked if he could take care of a third bathroom but he only had two kits with him. I offered to pick up the third at Home Depot while he worked on the other two. When I returned with the third kit we realized that he had paid more for his kits through his supplier than I had at Home Depot. He didn't feel that it was fair to upcharge for his kits and only charged me his cost. Experienced electricians are going to have parts with them so I fully expect to pay an upcharge because keeping an inventory on hand is expensive for them but it's also a convenience for me as a consumer. Having an electrician offer to forego their upcharge is not only unexpected but it's a clear indication that I'm dealing with an honest person. Gotta love that. I highly recommend Libo Electric. We will certainly call again for some electrical work we have planned this spring.

He was great! I had a list of questions and he answered all of them, and went through every room to check all the outlets. I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Libo arrived on time, was prepared, and went straight to work. He installed track lighting in our entryway. This involved going up into the attic and sending electrical wiring through the ceiling to the place for the light and also behind the wall to the on/off switch. He installed the fixture in the ceiling and put a new switch box in the wall so the fixture would work with the two light switches that were already there. He was professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. He even went to the store to get some materials we didn't have. The light looks great and works perfectly!

They were great! They ran an electrical outlet into a very old house. The price was fine and in line with what we were comfortable with. Everything was right on! There were no delays and they were right on time.

I have had Libo Electric before and would hire him again. He's prompt, personable, and gets the job done. He replaced my porch lights with Dusk-Dawn lights which I provided. He suggested the replacement for the current one and then installed it.

He was punctual and extremely professional. He was kind, friendly and i would definitely use them in the future.

It was good. His cost didn't go over the big deal. What cost extra was not anything of his fault. There had to be some drywall repair and painting. Somebody else came in to do the drywall repair and painting. He just was very experienced. You could just tell that he knew what he was doing. He was just really matter-of -fact, this is what we need to do. He came, looked and gave an estimate first. When he came back, it was just exactly what he said. You can just tell he was very experienced, has done this a number of years and it was no big deal. I believe he called me right away. He gave us the estimate right away. Then it took a little while to coordinate times that worked for both he and I but no problem. He was always right on time. I will most definitely use him again.

Victor called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was nice. He is friendly knowledgeable and very accommodating. He showed my husband how to install future overhead light fixtures in the garage. He answered all my questions. He did an exemplary job.

This deal was for two hours of an electrician's time. Unfortunately, the only thing that was accomplished during this timeframe was the removal of an old ceiling fan and the installation of a new one. I wish a few more tasks could have been completed during this time frame.

He was on time. Very efficient and thorough. Cleaned up after himself and was courteous. Willing to answer questions and made suggestions for improvements for safety. I would recommend him.
