Each service was performed as discussed between the electrician and me. He was punctual each time, with advance calls on his arrival status. All of the work has performed well. One situation regarding my evaporative cooler was not in his specialty, which he stated after initial assessment. I appreciated his honesty. A referral was provided.

Needed to replace a motion detector to our front entrance that had deteriorated due to weather. Libo came in the morning to review our needs and at that time we decided to replace two other detectors that were not operating well. I went to the store to purchase the detectors and Libo returned in the late afternoon to install. All done in one day! Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Vic showed and explained to me what he was doing as he was working. He recognized that I'm pretty handy around the house so I appreciated his efforts to educate and advise me. We discussed options on the ceiling fan. I also really appreciated his understanding and efforts to protect my beagle who tries to eat everything that drops on the floor. Overall great experience.

Mr Libo is a true professional. Arrived prior to the stated appointment and went right to work on determining what would be needed to solve my electrical problem. After researching my issue, he determined that this would become a major undertaking in order to fix it. He explained to me every possible path to a solution in detail after which it was determined that he would have to reschedule a bigger block of time to complete it. After a bit of discussion, Mr. Libo provided me with a viable alternative to solving my issue, which I was happy with. Mr. Libo informed me that he would not be charging me anything for his visit and would instead charge his time to providing an estimate. He stated that I could possibly get a refund of the $99.00 that was charged to my bank. Mr. Libo tows a trailer where he has everything under the sun to provide the services he performs for his customers, leaving little doubt that he is always prepared for any eventualities. I would highly recommend Mr. Libo's services to anyone needing electrical work in their homes. He is a top notch service provider with many years of practical experience. Instead of trying to sell me on a much more expensive fix, he recommended other possible solutions to my problem, all of which I could do on my own.

4th We interviewed three other electricians and they had outrageous quotes. This guy is the best.

Mr. Libo arrived on time. He took time to make sure the lights were centered and installed correctly and evenly. He did a great job, and the kitchen looks much more modern now! We would definitely use him again!

Libo Electric is owned and operated by Victor Libo, a very knowledgeable and affable electrician. It's a rare pleasure to watch a skilled and knowledgeable master craftsman at work. And it is doubly a pleasure when that master craftsman is working at a task on one's own house. Electrician Victor Libo is such a master craftsman. Looking over his finished handiwork, in our case an upgrade of electrical service from PNM, the word that came most readily to mind was "elegant." Victor is not just competent, he has an aesthetic standard that he applies to his installations that is not often seen. For example, putting a level on new socket covers or running conduit so that it remains unobtrusively nestled against an already existing line. Our house is nearly seventy years old and as a consequence has seen the work of numerous electricians. Victor took the resulting mongrel system and made it neat, sensible, and clean. Truly a beautiful example of the electrician's craft. He responded to our initial query very quickly, followed up with an on-site visit and sent a reasonable proposal. Our job entailed a service upgrade consisting of installing a new panel to which PNM could connect a new line from their pole. The older connection to the main pole was too low, a hazard whenever we worked on the evaporative cooler, and the wire had seriously deteriorated. This job required alot of ingenuity and problem solving. The house is nearly 70 years old and the box and feeder mast were not up to code. Victor found a solution to the problem of connecting the older wiring to the new box without having to go into the walls. In addition Victor discovered that one section of the house had never been grounded. For a small additional cost he made all the corrections. We really appreciated his going the extra mile in looking over the job carefully, seeing what was needed, especially in areas where we had not known a problem existed, and proceeding in a timely manner. Each day he left the work site very clean. He arrived promptly on the day and at the time he promised. He had all the parts he needed for each day's work, eliminating the need to make extra trips to the parts store. We have had that situation before with an electrician and plummer, where we have had to pay for their time to go get parts. We certainly would not hesitate to hire Libo Electric again, nor to recommend him to others. We also appreciated the fact that he, the electrician, did the work himself and it was not done by unlicensed people under the license of an electrician. Again, that type of set-up happened to us before. When a friend or a neighbor asks whether we know of a good electrician, we can promptly reply that we have used one of the best, Victor Libo. We can't imagine that they'll be anything but pleased with one of Victor's masterful jobs executed with an uncommon artistry. It is no wonder that Victor has been recognized for super service.

What we wanted done was difficult to explain over the phone so Mr. Libo came to the house to see what was needed . He called later that day to make an appontment to do the work. He showed up on time, did the job and was on his way.He had told us there would be holes where the canister lights had been and provided the name of someone who could take care of that.

Victor arrived promptly, assessed the work needed and got right to work. He resolved a complex wiring mess in a double-light wall switch, did some troubleshooting of a light fixture and solved its problem, installed two programmable light switch timers and correctly analyzed and repaired a nonfunctioning GFCI wall outlet that had continuously shut off the power to the self-cleaning function of my stove. Victor was professional, pleasant and explained how he resolved the things that needed fixing. I will hire him again, without a doubt!

Our house was built in 1967. Some of our overhead lights had stopped working, some outlets were no longer working, some switches would spark, the service was only 60 amp, we kept tripping breakers and the attic was a fire hazard. Got three electricians, including Victor, to come out for estimates. Although he was the most expensive he also provided the most complete and professional bid. He looked at everything including the attic. His work was very thorough, he cleaned up after each day's work, he put up with the my dogs, and would have coffee with my mother. I also learned a lot of electrical jargon from him. Totally awesome!!

Installation was more difficult than I anticipated but the work was completed successfully and within the 2 hr time.

Victor arrived promptly and worked to troubleshoot a non-working bathroom ventilation fan, fixed it, and then easily replaced another that proved too challenging for us to do ourselves.

We bought a special of two hours of electrical service from Victor. We heard from him immediately and he set up an appointment with us for a week later. He showed up on time, did the required tasks thoroughly, and he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He asked us to get one hanging light rewired and sent us to a place that did it immediately and for next to nothing. He then came back and installed them, and they've worked great ever since. We now consider him our electrician.

Victor was able to make time between appointments to come out to my house and take a look at some faulty outlets. He worked quickly and efficiently, I never felt like he was "milking" the two hour block I bought. Excellent service, would hire again.

Overall my interaction with him was excellent. He did not end up needing to do any electrical work, but he gave very helpful, and knowledgeable advice. He was very honest and straightforward and easy to work with.

I was out of town when an electrical problem occurred. I used the $99 deal and the appointment was handled by a neighbor and Mr. Libo himself. He came out promptly, respected my neighbor's time and my payment through Angie's List. He left old parts to show me where damage had occured and did both jobs for the amount I had prepaid. Great service and quality work. I would definitely use Mr. Libo's services again.

Victor called ahead of time to ask what type of work we wanted to have done and we also scheduled a time for him to come out. When the day came, he showed up on time and got to work. He was very professional and cleaned up everything after he was finished. Overall, I think he did a wonderful job and got the job done quickly.

He came and did what he needed to do and left. I can't complain. He showed me that persons gave him high recommendations on Angie's List and he was proud of it. The service took one hour. There were no unexpected issues.
